Molybdenum (Mo) thin films are widely used as a back contact for CIGS-based solar cells. This paper determines the optimal settings for the sputtering parameters for an Mo thin film prepared on soda lime glass substrates, using direct current (dc) magnetron sputtering, with a metal Mo target, in an argon gas environment. A Taguchi method with an L9 orthogonal array, the signal-to-noise ratio, and an analysis of variances is used to determine the performance characteristics of the coating operation. The main sputtering parameters, such as working pressure (mTorr), dc power (W), and substrate temperature (°C), are optimized with respect to the structural features, surface morphology, and electrical properties of the Mo films. An adhesive tape test is performed on each film to determine the adhesion strength of the films. The experimental results show that the working pressure has the dominant effect on electrical resistivity and reflectance. The intensity of the main peak (110) for the Mo film increases and the full width at half maximum decreases gradually as the sputtering power is increased. Additionally, the application of an Mo bilayer demonstrates good adherence and low resistivity. © 2013 Peng-cheng Huang et al. Source

In view of the problems of easily being caught in the local optimum and long operation time of standard simulated annealing algorithm in the gear weight optimization process, this paper put forward an improved genetic and simulated annealing algorithm with the function of disturbance. Firstly, it used Cauchy distribution as the theory of disturbance distance to process the distance between current division and new division so as to reduce the computation complexity of internal circulation. Then genetic algorithm with mixed single point crossover operator is introduced to enlarge the searching space of population. Finally, the advantages of improved genetic algorithm and simulated annealing algorithm are combined to establish the gear weight optimization design model. The simulation experiments show that improved genetic algorithm and simulated annealing algorithm has better result in gear weight optimization and higher working life compared with traditional simulated annealing algorithm. The ability to improve the information transmission is not the advantage of food retail chain enterprise information management system, how to ensure the quality of food retail chain enterprises have become the focus of today. Based on this, in this paper, the methods of questionnaire and mathematical statistics, food retail chain enterprise information management system of our country are discussed in this paper, the questionnaire covered most provinces of China 50 retail food chain, in view of the enterprise informationization construction condition and the security of food quality management research. Results show that more than half of the enterprises will choose ERP system, mainly on information collection processing has obvious advantages. But the quality of management with serious defects. To the retail chain enterprise should strengthen the system in the future on the quality of management ability, so as to better adapt to the demand of the market. © 2016 IEEE. Source

The optimization of micro milling electrical discharge machining (EDM) process parameters of Inconel 718 alloy to achieve multiple performance characteristics such as low electrode wear, high material removal rate and low working gap was investigated by the Grey-Taguchi method. The influences of peak current, pulse on-time, pulse off-time and spark gap on electrode wear (EW), material removal rate (MRR) and working gap (WG) in the micro milling electrical discharge machining of Inconel 718 were analyzed. The experimental results show that the electrode wear decreases from 5.6×10-9 to 5.2×10-9 mm3/min, the material removal rate increases from 0.47×10-8 to 1.68×10-8 mm 3/min, and the working gap decreases from 1.27 to 1.19 μm under optimal micro milling electrical discharge machining process parameters. Hence, it is clearly shown that multiple performance characteristics can be improved by using the Grey-Taguchi method. © 2013 The Nonferrous Metals Society of China. Source
