The stability analysis and controller design of discrete linear systems with time-varying delay are addressed. Firstly, the uniformly asymptotical stability criterion with adjustable parameter is derived by Lyapunov-Razumikhin approach. Then, the stabilization approaches for linear systems with time delay by state feedback and observer based-on state feedback are also presented. Sufficient conditions for the existence of state feedback gain and the observer gain are derived through the numerical solution of a set of obtained linear matrix inequalities. Compared with methods in the references, the dynamic performance of systems, such as the overshoot and the convergence rate of the response, can be adjusted by changing the adjustable parameter. Lastly, an illustrative example is given to show the effectiveness of the proposed. © 2013 Trans Tech Publications Ltd, Switzerland.

Brush plating has been an important technology for the mending of the scratched surface of the engineering parts. The high-temperature alloys are common used heat-resisting material. The process for brush plating mending of deeply scratched surface of the parts made by high-temperature alloys is introduced, the technologic methods of high-temperature alloys are studied and analyzed, the merits of the brush plating mending technology of high-temperature alloys are discussed in this article. © (2014) Trans Tech Publications, Switzerland.

In the thesis we introduce fuzzy mathematic method into fault diagnosis of hydraulic pressure system, bring forward the fuzzy membership grade method which is based on the history data and expert preferential ordinal number, set up a mathematical model of fault diagnosis, and carry out the fuzzy diagnosis on hydraulic pressure system fault in computer. According operating principles and testing demands of feel simulators of battleplan, this article designs a new model testbed for them, which can be operated by auto and hand. The testbed adopts step motor to increase force and displacement on an even keel, applys ICC to gather and dispose test data. The test soft is programmed by C++ Builder 6. 0, it has testing, recording and saving data, report forming and printing functions, etc. It can test automatically. It is proved that the test-bed has high precision of testing and it is convenient to operate. The test-bed is suitable for all sorts of feel simulators testing of most battleplans made in our country. © (2014) Trans Tech Publications, Switzerland.

This article is based on the magnesium alloy brush plating which is pretreated only by electro cleaning and not by activating. The process for brush plating mending of scratched surface of magnesium alloys parts which isn't pretreated not only by electro cleaning and but also by activating is introduced. The state feedback controller with adjustable parameter for linear systems with time-varying delay is proposed. If the adjustable parameter change, the feedback gain changes, and then, the dynamic performance of the closed-loop systems change also. Compared with methods in the references, the obtained sufficient conditions have less unknown matrixes and less linear matrix inequalities, and the conservation of the results is weakened. The experiment simulation based on the backing up control of truck-trailer model showed the effectiveness of the proposed method. © 2014 WIT Press.
