It was determined that lyophilisates of cholerogen-anatoxin of Vibrio cholerae 569B Inaba strain, O-antigen of V. cholerae 569B Inaba and V cholerae M-41 Ogawa strains were amorphous substances with different fraction composition (30 to 35% of them represented powder). It was demonstrated that usage of experimentally substantiated technological solutions of granulation of the components of tablet mixture of cholera vaccine with new content of accessorial substances, and application of coating on its tablet did not affect main regulated properties of the vaccine, and thus could be recommended for their introduction into manufacturing process. © 2015, Folium Ltd.
