The quality of water resources in Morocco is degraded by pollution from agriculture, industry and urbanization. In this work we have realized a comparative study of three groundwater pollution sites: Mohammedia, Temara and Dar Bouazza. In general, the results of this study showed that most water wells are strongly mineralized as the conductivity far exceeds the standard of drinking water. Sodium chloride (NaCl) concentration is between 300 and 4000 mg / l and shows some of the wells are loaded with salts. These wells are ready for the old Mohammedia dump to be built in the industrial zone. The basic pH is generally in all wells.Pollution by nitrates three regions showed that the ground water is strongly affected Mohammedia terms of the permeability of the soil of the city. The concentration of nitrate can reach high values compared to the results obtained on the ground water at Temara and Dar Bouazza whose nitrate concentrations around 100 mg/l. Further pollution of groundwater in the three regions of the shows values of organic matters that go far beyond the standards of drinking water.

The marine macroalgae extract of caulerpa prolifera in aqueous 1 M HCl was systematically investigated to ascertain its inhibitor effect on corrosion of mild steel and its mechanism of the inhibition by electrochemical and weight loss methods. The results revealed a high inhibitive effect of C. prolifera. The inhibition efficiency was found to increase with increasing concentration of the algal extract but decreased with increase in temperature which is attributed to the physisorption. Potentiodynamic polarization measurement showed that C. prolifera extract acted as mixte type inhibitor. The increase in activation in energies of corrosion process in presence of the extract indicates that C. prolifera retarded the rate of corrosion of mild steel in 1 M HCl solution. The nature of adsorption of the C. prolifera on mild steel surface was in conformity with Langmuir isotherm. The results obtained with different method are in good agreement.

This comparative study of mesozooplankton communities in the Tangier (Atlantic) and M'Diq (Mediterranean) regions was carried out in March, May and December 2006 and in May, July and November 2007. In both sectors, the zooplankton is mainly dominated by copepods, which represent 93% in Tangier and 87% in M'Diq, with respectively 85 species in 24 families and 81 divided into 22 families. Spatio-temporal analysis of Copepod specific richness data revealed highest values occurring in both areas during December 2006 and November 2007 with 36 and 30 species respectively. During other seasons, specific richness did not generally exceed 25 species. However, irrespective of area, the composition of the Copepoda population was usually dominated by Paracalanus parvus and Oncaea venusta. In terms of total density, the Atlantic is greater than the Mediterranean sector with a maximum density of 1093 ind.m-3 and 796 ind.m-3, respectively, recorded in July and May, 2007. The Shannon diversity index was calculated and indicated that the Copepod community is more stable and balanced in the Tangier region compared to the M'Diq area, and in 2007 compared to 2006. Moreover, seasonal variation is more marked in the Atlantic than in the Mediterranean area and in both sectors, the autumn season is characterized by a low productivity but high specific diversity. © 2012 EDF.

The INQA (IMS Network QoS Architecture) approach offers several scenarios for IMS (IP Multimedia Subsytem) monitoring as supervision and correction tools of services deterioration. The Platform INQA uses a set of entities and multitude technologies in monitoring. This requires deployment of considerable resources to carry out different scenarios and take more time in execution and processing. As solution, we propose in this work the integration of a new approach fuzzy logic-based. The approach optimizes costs by identifying for each situation, the appropriate scenario and related condition of service. © 2014 IEEE.

The study of the Cape Ghir upwelling filament (31°N) focalizes to describe the dispersive mechanism, caused by the upwelling. The zooplankton was sampled during five oceanographic cruises conducted between 2008 and 2009. Surface temperature and chlorophyll "a" were also measured along with sampling. The distribution of environmental parameters accused extensions that show the path of the filament. Copepods constitute the largest fraction of zooplankton community and represented by 86 species, majorly dominated by Acartia clausi and Oncaea venusta. A number of species of deep or cold waters have been recorded in the area corresponding to a net resurgence of cold water. The analysis of the copepods distribution allowed to view the path of the filament at different times of the year. The distribution of the species A. clausi, neritic specie was observed in the open ocean, shows a result of this dynamic. © 2011 Académie des sciences. Published by Elsevier Masson SAS.
