In terms of mining and processing of coarse block, abrasive ore at Kachkanarsky Mining-and-Processing Intergated Works, the paper presents the research and the resultant innovative technologies for repair/renewal of worn details and for strengthening of unworn parts of mining and processing equipment. The authors substantiate and discuss: renewal of side walls (edges of discs and surfaces of spindles) of rod mills; pre-strengthening of fabricated inlet and outlet pipes of soil pump 2GrT8000/71 using welding deposit as well as strengthening of gear shaft of reduction gearbox in roller-bit drill SBSH-250 and other machines by means of carbonitration. Scope of the commercial introduction of the technologies is identified, and data on wear resistance of strengthened and non-strengthened details are compared. Based on research and practice at Kachkanarsky MPIW, commercial introduction of the developed technologies has proved their efficiency in higher wear resitance and life extension for heavy duty details of mining and processing equipment. Various civil society organizations are actively working at the enterprise: "Young people of EVRAZ KGOK", "Women of EVRAZ KGOK", Council of Veterans. The military-patriotic organization is also developed. The enterprise constantly realizes the charity, promoting to the development of sport and organization structures in Kachkanar. Special attention is given to support of children organizations.

Concentration technology of titanium-magnetite ores of Gusevogorsk deposit in "EVRAZ KGOK" JSC is described in this article along with the basic equipment of plant and obtained final products. Initial ore, containing ~16% of Fetotal, is exposed to crushing, breaking and dry and wet magnetic separation. Iron-vanadium concentrate is the main product of the plant. This concentrate contains 60.4% of Fetotal (for the sintered ore production) and 62% of Fetotal (for the pellets production). Marketable crushed stone is produced from the wet magnetic separation tailings.

On the basis of laboratory and industrial researches, there was developed the technology of efficient fluxing of agglomeration charge and obtaining of increased strength agglomerate. There was defined the influence of fluxing method on sintering process indices and agglomerate quality. There was obtained an experimental part of agglo flux, which was used during the production of increased strength agglomerate. Usage of lime and agglo flux, together with increasing of agglomerate strength, contributes to increasing of productivity and decreasing of solid fuel consumption during the agglomeration and decreasing of coke consumption in blast-furnace smelting.
