The paper presents the application of the transforming EEG signal into highly compressed CFM record in clinical useful. A lot of information created by EEG record and which require interpreting with specialist knowledge are transformed into time compressed record easy to interpret by a neonatologist. The usefulness of CFM record might differ depending on the used transformation algorithm. This paper presents monitoring and brain diagnostics of premature infants.
