The comparative experimental study of the effect of various types of heat treatment on the formation of the structure and magnetic properties of welded joints 36NHTYU and 12Cr18Ni10Ti alloys was conducted. It is shown that heat treatment 36NiCrTiAl and 12Cr18Ni10Ti welded joints changes the structural and magnetic properties. © 2017 Trans Tech Publications, Switzerland.

The paper addresses findings regarding the influence of electrolytic plasma treatment on the mechanical properties as well as structural and phase states of X 12 CrNi 18 10 Ti steel. Electrolytic plasma treatment is based on carburizing of stainless steel heated in electrolytes. Treatment of steel samples has been performed as follows: The samples were heated up to a temperature between 850 and 950 °C and then they were cured for 7 minutes in an electrolyte of an aqueous solution containing 10 % glycerol (C3H8O3) and 15 % sodium carbonate (Na2CO3). It is found that, after plasma electrolytic treatment, the surface of X 12 CrNi 18 10 Ti steel had a modified structure and high hardness. Increasing wear resistance of X 12 CrNi 18 10 Ti steel has been observed after carburizing and the coefficient of friction has been reduced. X-ray analysis showed that retained austenite γ-Fe is a main phase, and there are some diffraction lines of orthorhombic Fe3C phase as well as Fe3O4 cubic phase. It has been determined, that, after plasma electrolytic treatment, a carbide phase in the modified surface layer, irrespective of the location in the steel structure has the chemical composition Fe3C. High concentration of carbon atoms in a solid solution based on γ- and α-iron, a large dislocation density, presence of particles of carbide phase and retained austenite layers have been found. © 2017 Carl Hanser Verlag, München.

The study of mineral resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan to build on its base catalysts in order to increase the effectiveness of waste gas cleaning of industrial enterprises and thermal power plants has important theoretical and practical significance. Mineralogical characteristics of montmorillonite-containing clays and zeolites of clinoptilolite-type have been refined, molded mass from the mixture of clinoptilolite and montmorillonite with the desired mechanical properties (high strength and ductility) were prepared. Catalytic properties of the synthesized granular Cu-Ni- and Cu-Ni-Cr-catalysts in the reduction of nitrogen oxides by carbon monoxide and/or hydrocarbons were analyzed. Kazakhstan, having joined the Bologna Declaration in 2010, committed itself to modernize the higher education in general and make a fundamental change in the approach to the development of regulations, in particular, the educational programs. The article describes the basic concepts of the problem, provides an overview of the regulatory frame-work and grounds modern approaches and the design algorithm of educational training programs. The purpose of this paper is to provide information about the current reform of higher education in Kazakhstan, about the problems and deficits occurring in this area, and about ways to correct unwelcome developments. The paper provides a review of appropriate programmatic documents, on the one hand, and of the results of relevant empirical studies on the other. On this basis deficits and risks of the Kazakhstan higher education policy are identified and feasible solutions discussed. © 2016 Fedorenko and Bykova. This paper analyzes the method of supplemented domains for the numerical simulation of viscous incompressible flow in the complex geometrical domain. The problem is considered in a discrete defined biconnected domain with the curved boundary. The spline interpolation of curved boundary is conducted. The Navier-Stokes equations for viscous incompressible fluid are selected for the numerical simulation. A stable finite-difference scheme and an algorithm of numerical implementation are developed. A contrastive approach to term extraction is an extensive class of methods based on the assumption that the words frequently occurring within a domain and rarely beyond it are most likely terms. The disadvantage of this approach is a great number of type II errors – false negatives. The cause of these errors is in the idea of contrastive selection when the most representative high frequent terms are extracted from the texts and rare terms are discarded. In this work, we propose a new operationalization of the contrastive approach, which supports the capture of both high frequent and low frequent domain terms. Proposed operationalization reduces the number of false negatives. The experiments performed on the texts of the subject domain “Geology” show promising of proposed approach. © Springer International Publishing Switzerland 2016.

This work is devoted to formation of modified surface layers in 65G and 20GL steels which using for the manufacture of railway transport parts, as well as the study of influence of the parametersof electrolyte-plasma surface hardening methodon the changes in structural-phase states, improving of wear-resistance. The process of electrolyte-plasma surface hardening of 65G and 20GL steels samples conducted in the electrolyte from water solution of 20% sodium carbonate, in the mode ∼850°C - 2 seconds, ∼1200°C - 3 seconds. It is established that in the initial state 20GL steel has ferrite-pearlite structure, and the 60G steel consists of pearlite and cement structure. After application of electrolyte-plasma surface hardening is observed the formation of carbides particles and martensite phase components in the structure of 20GL and 60G steels. It is determined that after electrolyte-plasma surface hardening with heating time - 2 seconds, the abrasive wear-resistance of 65G and 20GL steels increased to 1.3 times and 1.2 times, respectively, and the microhardness is increased to 1.6 times and 1.3 times, respectively. © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

In this work the technology of the development of content of the elective courses as a way of professional training of students is theoretically proved. The development of the catalog of elective subjects - the process of drafting and detailing of professional knowledge of students, their experience of practical and creative activities in order to ensure the integrity and appropriateness of elective subjects. The development of the content elective courses is the process of developing and detailing the components of educational content based on the principles, sources of criteria reflecting the nature of the training of students. The backbone component of the content of elective courses in vocational training is the experience of creative design activity of students.Experience the creative activity of students is a combination of knowledge and practical skills mastered, formed in the process of training students to solve creative problems and issues. The development technology of the directory elective courses is an activity for the development of the content of each of the following modules: explanatory, basic, control and diagnostics. The criteria for the effectiveness of technology development directory elective courses as a means of training students are: The ratio of students to the content of elective subjects; teaching competence of the student; creative competence.
