To provide data analysis function for financial business, and promote financial supervision management and working efficiency, this paper designs a B/S structure financial company supervision management system based on Struts2.0+Spring+Hibernate. We utilize the network environment to analyze existing financial company, and discuss the concept of Java with software engineering method. The kernel modules, data structure and implementation process of system are explained. The test results show the system can provide business flow required in software development documentation and requirements documentation. The quality demands such as software performance, maintainability, portability reach the standard and they also meet the user demand. © 2016 IEEE.

Diffusion algorithm is used to calculate the similarity between users in collaborative filtering algorithm. Binary relation and ternary relation are taken into account. Firstly, joint item-Tag recommendation results are acquired from item recommendation and tag recommendation. And then, the new user model which is represented by joint item-Tag matrix is used to get the joint recommendation. Finally, the two results are combined. The experiment results show that this improved user interest model has better performance. © 2016 IEEE.

Through data processing of massive population crime, K-means mining algorithm is applied to the public security system. When dealing with large amount of data, K-means algorithm clustering results are greatly influenced by the choice of initial clustering center. If the selection of initial clustering center is improper, the clustering results may be trapped in local optimal solution, and get better clustering effect. So, adaptive genetic algorithm is used to optimize K-means algorithm. The experiment results show that the proposed scheme can get the valuable information and ideal clustering effect. © 2016 IEEE.

Gene selection is to select the most informative genes from the whole gene set, which is a key step of the discriminant analysis of microarray data. Rough set theory is an efficient mathematical tool for further reducing redundancy. The main limitation of traditional rough set theory is the lack of effective methods for dealing with real-valued data. However, gene expression data sets are always continuous. This has been addressed by employing discretization methods, which may result in information loss. This paper investigates one approach combining feature ranking together with features selection based on tolerance rough set theory. Moreover, this paper explores the other method which can utilize the information contained within the boundary region to improve classification accuracy in gene expression data. Compared with gene selection algorithm based on rough set theory, the proposed methods are more effective for selecting high discriminative genes in cancer classification. © 2011 Springer-Verlag Berlin Heidelberg.

As a representative of many emerging economies, BRICS' economies have been greatly developed in recent years. Meanwhile, the proportion of energy consumption of BRICS to the whole world consumption has increased. Therefore, it is significant to analyze and compare the energy efficiency among them. This paper firstly utilizes a Super-SBM model to measure and calculate the energy efficiency of BRICS, then analyzes their present status and development trend. Further, Bootstrap is applied to modify the values based on DEA derived from small sample data, and finally the relationship between energy efficiency and carbon emissions is measured. Results show that energy efficiency of BRICS as a whole is low but has a quickly increasing trend. Also, the relationship between energy efficiency and carbon emissions vary from country to country because of their different energy structures. The governments of BRICS should make some relevant energy policies according to their own conditions. © 2013 Elsevier Ltd.

The cloud is a virtual computing environment that provides applications, platforms and software support as services. The applications are extended over the Internet domain to the cloud service provider (CSP) with greater flexibility and availability at lower cost. Unfortunately, the cloud computing service also provides a better environment for criminals and increases the difficulties of cybercrime forensics. In this paper, we focus on the security issues of cloud services and present a forensic framework to beat cybercrime. We set an analysis engine in the cloud as a network service and this engine is used to monitor the network behaviors and collect the evidence when network criminal behaviors happen. FTK and Encase are used to help subsequently analyze the acquired evidence and obtain ideal results. © 2011 IEEE.

Motion blur is a typical and common degradation in surveillance system. The problem of motion estimation based on super resolution reconstruction of multiple images is addressed in this paper. This paper presents a motion projection onto convex set (POCS) algorithm to restore an image from multiple blurred images. The inter and intra pixel shifts are used to compute a joined point spread function (PSF), which determines the project model of the pixels in the moving window in each iteration. Experiments confirm the proposed algorithm outperforms single-image restored algorithms, especially for space-variant motion blurred images.

A consensus has been formed that information technology as an indispensable tool for enhancing the efficiency and quality of knowledge work. However, knowledge workers have their own utility evaluation for kinds of information technology as for the diversity of working properties and technical composition. By the empirical research on knowledge worker's usage of software systems and networks, this paper concluded that, a significant difference existed in the utility evaluation of information technology for different knowledge workers, and this difference is largely due to the different usage frequencies of information technology in the work process. The higher usage frequency of software systems and networks, the higher evaluation for them, and information technology is regarded as a necessity for knowledge work. While a lower usage frequency of software systems and networks, the evaluations for information technology are relatively conservative, and the role of information technology in support of their work is limited. The conclusion provides a reference for the focused investment, development and application of information technology for different work fields. Moreover, it also puts forward a perspective for the efficiency improvement of knowledge work. © 2011 IEEE.


Cogeneration is internationally recognized as an important way to save energy and improve environment. At present, the cogeneration scale in China has been ranked at the second place all round the world. China formulated relevant laws, regulations and technology policies to actively encourage and support the development of cogeneration. This article selects 62 Northeast regional Chinese cogeneration enterprises' financial data from 2003 to 2007, and analyzes the impact of the electric power industry deregulation to cogeneration enterprises' performance by using a partial frontier nonparametric. Further more, we study whether the cogeneration enterprises actualize horizontal scope economy by comparing with the thermal power alone or heat production alone enterprises. Results show that the factory network separation and regional market trial reform can promote the cost efficiency of both five major power group cogeneration enterprises and independent cogeneration enterprises. Compared to five group enterprises, the scope economies index of the independent cogeneration enterprises is lower, the unbundling reform and northeast regional market trial reform have a negative impact on cogeneration enterprises to achieve scope economies and improve cost efficiency. © 2014 Elsevier Ltd.

There are problems associated with dismantling vessels that have reached the end of their life, when pollution problems associated with the process need to be addressed. The first problem in "end-of-life vessels" (EOLV) is to define their legal frameworks. The second problem is their dismantlement for recycling of ships. In order to reduce the effects of pollution caused by EOLV dismantling, the International Maritime Organization (IMO) adopted the Hong Kong Convention on 15 May 2009. While preparing for implementing the obligations under the Hong Kong Convention, China shall make effort on five aspects: (i) establish an ISRT for the safe and environmentally sound recycling of ships, (ii) improve the competitiveness of ship dismantling plants, (iii) strengthen international exchanges, (iv) amend the domestic laws and regulations, and (v) support from the China Classification Society. © 2016 Elsevier Ltd.
