The bridge plug is a staple tool used in downhole operation and the performance of the slips has a directly influence on the oil well productivity and production safety. We raised an optimize method based on BP network and genetic algorithm to make sure the slips satisfy the high temperature and high pressure demands. Establishing the slips system and making finite element analysis by ANSYS, abtaining sixteen group datas to constitute the BP network training samples, establishing the BP simulation model reflecting curvature radius of the slip fluke, dip angle of the fluke, angle of the fluke and distance between flukes using nonlinearity mapping ability of the neural network, applying optimize design for the simulation model using global optimization ability of the genetic algorithm and abtaining the optimum structure parameters of the slip. The optimized results indicate the whole performance of the slips system has increased notably. © (2011) Trans Tech Publications. Source

Based on finite element analysis software ANSYS, the deformation and force condition of the rubber sealing o-ring pre and post with back-up ring under different oil pressure conditions was analyzed. The von mises stress distribution of the o-ring and the change of contact pressure between o-ring and sealing interface pre and post with back-up ring under different oil pressure conditions were discussed. The results show that, the maximum von mises stress of the o-ring is smaller and the maximum von mises stress of the sealing system concentrates on the left top and the right bottom of the back-up ring after using it; the o-ring will not be extruded into the gap of the groove because of the existence of back-up ring which prevents gap-bite and prolongs service life of the o-ring; the contact pressure between o-ring and sealing interface increased, thus the sealing reliability of the system increased. © (2011) Trans Tech Publications. The Shutan 3 well is a straight tight oil well, at which the TAP valve sleeve well completion technology is used for the first time. Through the design and discussion of the well fracturing program, technology of the TAP valve and the pump delivery bridge plug us used. During fracturing process, section fracture with TAP has highlighted shortcomings, such as into the bore of tap valve being clogged by drilling mud impurities, leading to be difficult to open the valve; tap valve liquid port and stratigraphic contact area small, the fracturing pressure is high, tight formations, there pressure without risk. The hydraulic fracturing technology involves four phases of hydraulic jet sandblasting perforating, hydro-jet fracturing, stop the pump for crack closure, fracturing fluid flow-back. It is first applied successfully for selected layer fracturing in the old wells, avoiding cumbersome processes of setting bridge plug, lowering the roof closure, checking leakage, etc, whose process is simple, cost is low, and is safe and reliable. Multi-stage hydraulic fracturing technology applied in the horizontal injection wells successfully achieves a multi-stage hydraulic sandblasting and perforation with once string, which not only has the above advantages, but also saves perforation cost. The process is widely used in Erlian region, achieving the desired fracturing results. Source

The exploration and development of foreign tight oil and gas will bring oil industry into a new field, which not only has new understanding of the types of reservoir, but also puts forward higher requirements on the related reservoir transformation technology. The tight oil in China is still at the exploratory stage, whether it is from the geological knowledge, or transformation process, the referenced experience is less. Marl developed under Es3 at Shulu sag, carbonate rock formation, is a typical tight oil reservoir, for which the pump bridge plug-perforating and fracturing combined volume of the integration process.
