The vascular of Daebudo and its adjacent regions, located in Ansan-si, Gyeonggi-do, is surveyed from Jun. 2009 to Oct. 2011. The number of the vascular plant taxa based on voucher specimens is 708 total which belongs to 107 families, 378 genera, 612 species, 5 subspecies, 80 varieties and 10 forms respectively. Among them, 2 taxa of specially designated plants announced by the Ministry of Environment. Owing to their unusual phytogeography and low number of populations, the taxa Crypsinus hastatus (Thunb.) Copel., Penthorum chinense Pursh and Trachomitum lancifolium (Russanouv) Pobed. were considered the most important. Based on these results, it is clear that appropriate plans to conserve the natural habitat of Daebudo and its adjacent regions must be made immediately. © 2013 Korean Biodiversity Information Facility.
