Linkages can effectively achieve the given motion or trajectory, and nicely complete the intended action, so it is used widely in such fields as mechanical and instrumentation applications. In this paper, we presented optimization design method of plane linkage given trajectory under many constraints based on Matlab Optimization Toolbox functions. Mathematical model for optimum design of four-bar mechanism is established according to the design requirements and characteristics. Optimization design using computer software to get a more satisfactory institutional design in all respects and simulation analysis optimization design for crank-rocker mechanism under influence of conditions is met. The results showed that design cycle can be shorten, the design quality and design precision be improved, and the simulations of motion have good feedback and validation using optimization method. At the same times, the method provides a reference for optimization and simulation of multi-bar linkage and other mechanism design. © Sila Science. All rights reserved. Source

A new compound of ethyl 2-Z-phenylhydrazono-3-E-methylthio(thioxo) methylhydrazone-butanoate is synthesized via the reaction between ethyl 2-Z-phenylhydrazono-3-oxo-butanoate and S-methyldithio-carbazate at room temperature. A single crystal of the titled compound is obtained and the structure is determined by X-ray diffraction. It belongs to a monoclinic P2 1 space group with the cell parameters: a = 5.335(1) Å, b = 15.907(4) Å, c = 9.507(2) Å, β = 90.21(1)°, V = 806.8(4) Å3. A one-dimensional parallel structure is constructed by an unclassic hydrogen bond and a weak p-π interaction. © 2014 Pleiades Publishing, Ltd. Source

In this paper, taking 14.8 tex acrylic/Modal/wool 60/30/10 blended siro-spun yarn as an example, performance characteristics of the three fibers were introduced. The processing practice and processing parameters in scotching, carding, drawing, roving, spinning, winding of blended siro-spun yarn in cotton spinning equipment were discussed. Before production, wool and acrylic fibers were pretreated, during processing, relative humidity and temperature were controlled, and the speed should keep low. The blended yarn and fabric made of the yarn showed special feature, having the advantages of the three fibers. Source

The mechanism to generate azomethine ylide from formaldehyde and glycine is systematically investigated. The density functional theory at the B3LYP/6-311++G(d,p) level is employed for both geometry optimization and single point energy calculation. Our results indicate that two possible pathways can lead to the generation of the carbinolamine intermediate with a favorable step-wise pathway. However, as for the step to form azomethine ylide, a concerted elimination of water and carbon dioxide is preferred. This calculation result is totally different from the widely accepted revised Rizzi mechanism. © 2015 Pleiades Publishing, Ltd. Source
