Objective: To investigate the best time of protective effect of puerarin on alcoholism rat hearts by comparing the intervention effect of puerarin on heart in rats with alcoholism at different administration time. Methods: The male SD rats were randomly divided into control group, alcoholism group, and puerarin groups (treatment group, simultaneous administration group and prevention group). The contents of aspartate aminotransferase (AST), creatine phosphokinase (CPK), superoxide dismutase (SOD), malondialdehyde (MDA), and the activities of Ca 2+-Mg 2+-ATPase and Na +-K +-ATPase were detected by enzymic method and colorimetric method. Results: Compared with alcoholism group, the content of SOD, and the activities of Na +-K +-ATPase and Ca 2+-Mg 2+-ATPase in puerarin groups were increased, the contents of MDA, AST and CPK were reduced (P<0.05 or P<0.01). Compared among puerarin groups each other, the results were better for instantaneous administration group than the other two groups (P<0.05 or P<0.01), besides the MDA in acute alcoholism group had no significant difference (P>0.05). Conclusion: The puerarin has protective effect on heart of rats with acute and chronic alcoholism, especially when it is used simultaneously with alcohol.

The mechanism to generate azomethine ylide from formaldehyde and glycine is systematically investigated. The density functional theory at the B3LYP/6-311++G(d,p) level is employed for both geometry optimization and single point energy calculation. Our results indicate that two possible pathways can lead to the generation of the carbinolamine intermediate with a favorable step-wise pathway. However, as for the step to form azomethine ylide, a concerted elimination of water and carbon dioxide is preferred. This calculation result is totally different from the widely accepted revised Rizzi mechanism. © 2015 Pleiades Publishing, Ltd.

A new compound of 6-ferrocenyl-3-phenyl-[1,2,4]triazolo[3,4-b][1,3,4] thiadiazole is synthesized and its single crystal structure is determined by X-ray diffraction method. The compound belongs to the monoclinic P2 1/c space group with cell parameters: a = 10.5523(12) Å, b = 13.8414(16) Å, c = 11.4303(13) Å, V = 1603.5(3) Å3. © 2013 Pleiades Publishing, Ltd.

Linkages can effectively achieve the given motion or trajectory, and nicely complete the intended action, so it is used widely in such fields as mechanical and instrumentation applications. In this paper, we presented optimization design method of plane linkage given trajectory under many constraints based on Matlab Optimization Toolbox functions. Mathematical model for optimum design of four-bar mechanism is established according to the design requirements and characteristics. Optimization design using computer software to get a more satisfactory institutional design in all respects and simulation analysis optimization design for crank-rocker mechanism under influence of conditions is met. The results showed that design cycle can be shorten, the design quality and design precision be improved, and the simulations of motion have good feedback and validation using optimization method. At the same times, the method provides a reference for optimization and simulation of multi-bar linkage and other mechanism design. © Sila Science. All rights reserved.

In this paper, taking 14.8 tex acrylic/Modal/wool 60/30/10 blended siro-spun yarn as an example, performance characteristics of the three fibers were introduced. The processing practice and processing parameters in scotching, carding, drawing, roving, spinning, winding of blended siro-spun yarn in cotton spinning equipment were discussed. Before production, wool and acrylic fibers were pretreated, during processing, relative humidity and temperature were controlled, and the speed should keep low. The blended yarn and fabric made of the yarn showed special feature, having the advantages of the three fibers.

The effects of FeCl3 and Fe-EDTA on the development of psoriasis were studied in the mouse model of vaginal epithelium and tail epidermis. The mitoses of vaginal epithelial cell in female mice of their estrogenic stage and the formation of granular cell layers in male mouse tail scale were observed. Mice were randomly divided into eight groups and treated with normal saline, methotrexate, and different doses of two iron forms, FeCl3 and Fe-EDTA, respectively, for 10 days. To explore the influence of FeCl3 and Fe-EDTA on the excretion of Cu, Fe, Zn, Ca, Mg, Mn, and Se, the concentration of those elements in liver and kidney was analyzed by atomic absorption spectrometry. The different doses of FeCl3 or Fe-EDTA could obviously inhibit the mitoses of vaginal epithelial cell (p< 0.05) and promote the formation of granular cell layers in mice tail scale (p < 0.05). No statistically significant results were found between the groups of FeCl 3 and Fe-EDTA, and between experimental groups and methotrexate group acted as the positive control (p>0.05). Compared with the negative group, the concentrations of Cu, Fe, Zn, Ca, Mg, Mn, and Se in liver and kidney of experimental groups and positive control group were not significantly changed (p > 0.05). FeCl3 and Fe-EDTA are as effective as methotrexate on inhibiting hyperplasia of epidermal cells and increasing the formation of granular cell layers, and the concentrations of Cu, Fe, Zn, Ca, Mg, Mn, and Se in liver and kidney of experimental groups and positive control group were not significantly changed compared with the negative group, possibly retarding the development of psoriasis. © 2010 Springer Science+Business Media, LLC.

Objective: The effects of ZnCl2 and Zn-EDTA on the development of psoriasis were studied in mouse models of vaginal epithelium and tail epidermis. To explore the influence of ZnCl2 and Zn-EDTA on the excretion of Cu, Fe, Zn, Ca, Mg, and Mn, the concentrations of those elements in liver, kidney and tail were analyzed by atomic absorption spectrometry. Results: The different doses of ZnCl2 or Zn-EDTA apparently inhibited the mitosis increase in vaginal epithelial cell (p < 0.05) and promoted the formation of granular cell layers in mice tail scale (p < 0.05). Automobile engine valve mechanism task is to ensure that the valve open or closed within the prescribed time, open or close the action should be quickly. As the camshaft speed increase, the kinematic and dynamic characteristics of the elastic deformation and inertial force on the mechanism of component will influence, causing the valve between the actual displacement, velocity, acceleration and displacement, velocity, acceleration of the name, especially the obvious difference between the actual and nominal acceleration response acceleration, so the elastic dynamic analysis the entire valve mechanism, as an elastic system, the actual output of the dynamic valve with camshaft input response, for cam profile motion/dynamics integrated to provide a theoretical basis. This paper is based on the kinetic theory of mechanical system, the dynamic response analysis of the cam mechanism, including the displacement response, velocity and acceleration response, according to the comparative analysis of results, can explain the harmonic motion law is more obvious in reducing the vibration of high speed cam mechanism effect. Analysis steps as modeling, set up the differential equations of motion and the solution of the differential equations of motion. The differential equations of motion can be obtained by analytical solutions only in some simple cases, in general, can only use the numerical method to solve. In this paper an analytic solution of dynamic response, and are compared with the ideal output response, illustrate the applicability of harmonic motion law is applied to the design of cam mechanism. © Trade Science Inc.
