In this study, a ZnO doped Er2O3 photocatalyst is employed to degrade diesel pollutant in seawater under visible light irradiation. The photocatalyst was prepared by a precipitation method and was characterized by SEM and XRD analysis. The experimental results proved that the nanocrystalline photocatalysts were highly active in the visible region. The photocatalytic degradation efficiency of diesel was analysed by various experimental parameters namely dosage, doping ratio, initial concentration of diesel, pH value, concentration of H2O2 and illumination time. The degradation of diesel pollution in seawater was optimized by orthogonal experiment. According to the results, the removal rate of diesel is less than 30 % without any catalysts (only evaporation). The best effect exists when the dose of catalysts was 0.6 g/L, doping ratio of catalysts was 10%, initial concentration of diesel was 0.2 g/L, pH value was 8, concentration of H2O2 was 10 mg/L, illumination time was 1 h. The removal rate of diesel can reach 99.38 %. This study would make ZnO utilize sunlight more efficiently and accelerate the practical application of photocatalytic technology in organic pollutants treatment region. © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

EST writing is one of the language skills, it is difficult to improve. Although teachers and students spend a lot of effort learning writing, the effect is always not so satisfactory. Based on this, the register features of corpus based EST were analyzed in this paper. In this paper, the intuition of our tribe and the linguistic features based on the corpus were first introduced. Then, research on the difference of language features between register and causes was explored. Finally, the operation process analysis of the register features of EST based on corpus was realized. The results show that the register features of EST corpus based approach can help learners use language context, can help learners communicate.

With the development of China's economy, the fierce market competition, and the expansion of the enterprise scale, determining how to retain and manage outstanding talents has a significant function in enterprise development in our country. Compared with large enterprises in Europe and America, the human resource management (HRM) system in our country has various hardware and software logic problems because of its late start. Cloud computing is a new technology where a large amount of information can be stored in the cloud, which provides users with unlimited storage space and super computing power. The application of cloud computing technology in an HRM system can improve the operating efficiency of businesses, reduce operating costs, reasonably allocate resources, and promote the development of enterprise information technology. Importantly, with the help of cloud computing technology, small businesses can achieve the same level of management as large enterprises. Therefore, this paper focuses on the application of cloud computing in an HRM system and hopes to provide a new idea for expanding the enterprise management mode.

Building automation systems (BASs) are widely used in modern buildings and large amounts of data are available on the BAS central station. This abundance of data has been described as a data rich but information poor situation and has given an opportunity to better utilize the collected BAS data for fault detection and diagnostics (AFDD) purposes. Air-handling units (AHUs) operate in dynamic environment with changing weather conditions and internal loads. It is challenging for FDD method to distinguish differences caused by normal weather conditions change or by faults. Principle Component Analysis (PCA) has been found to be powerful as a data-driven model based method in detecting AHU faults. Wavelet transform is a promising data preprocess approach to solve the problem by removing the influence of weather condition change. A combined Wavelet-PCA method is developed and tested using site-data. The feasibility of using wavelet transform method for data pretreatment has been demonstrated in this study. Comparing to conventional PCA method, Wavelet-PCA method is more robust to the internal load change and weather impact and generate no false alarms. © 2013 Elsevier B.V.

This paper presents a hybrid air handling unit (AHU) fault detection strategy based on Principal Component Analysis (PCA) method and Pattern Matching method. The basic idea of the pattern matching method is to locate periods of operation from a historical data set whose operational conditions are similar to the target operating condition. The proposed Pattern Matching-PCA method uses two similarity factors, PCA similarity factors and Distance similarity factors, to characterize the degree of similarity between historical data window and current snapshot data. PCA model is then built using the historical AHU operation dataset that are identified to be similar to current snapshot operation data. The method is validated by operational data of an AHU system in real building. The results show that the sensibility of PCA models is enhanced by preprocessing the training data with the Pattern Matching method. © 2014 Elsevier B.V.

This study aims to develop a robust, accurate and computationally efficient hydrodynamic and sediment transport model for dam break flows. The two dimensional shallow water equations are resolved based on the finite volume method with an unstructured quadtree mesh. The sediment transport and bed evolution modules are coupled with hydrodynamic module to predict simultaneously the hydrodynamics, sediment concentrations and morphological changes. The interface flux is computed by the HLL approximate Riemann solver with second order accuracy. The effects of pressure and gravity are included in source term in this model, which can simplify the computation and eliminate numerical imbalance between source and flux terms. For dam break flows occurring in complicated geometries, the quadtree rectangular mesh is used to refine the interesting area and important part. The model is first verified against results from laboratory experiments, existing numerical models and real life case. It is then used to simulate dam break flows over a mobile bed to investigate the bed evolution. The results are compared with experimental data and field data with good agreement. The method is simple, efficient, and conservative. It shows promise for handling hydrodynamic simulation and sediment transport for a wide range of dam break flows. © 2011 Elsevier Ltd.

Recently, cloud computing rapidly expands as an alternative to conventional computing due to it can provide a flexible, dynamic and resilient infrastructure for both academic and business environments. In public cloud environment, the client moves its data to public cloud server (PCS) and cannot control its remote data. Thus, information security is an important problem in public cloud storage, such as data confidentiality, integrity, and availability. In some cases, the client has no ability to check its remote data possession, such as the client is in prison because of committing crime, on the ocean-going vessel, in the battlefield because of the war, and so on. It has to delegate the remote data possession checking task to some proxy. In this paper, we study proxy provable data possession (PPDP). In public clouds, PPDP is a matter of crucial importance when the client cannot perform the remote data possession checking. We study the PPDP system model, the security model, and the design method. Based on the bilinear pairing technique, we design an efficient PPDP protocol. Through security analysis and performance analysis, our protocol is provable secure and efficient. © 2008-2012 IEEE.

A group of F2 hybrids of mirror carp including 68 individuals was used to construct a linkage map using JoinMap4.0 software. Of 560 markers genotyped, 507 markers (143 SSR markers, 33 EST-SSR markers, and 321 SNP markers) were assigned to the map, which comprised of 62 linkage groups. Quantitative traits loci (QTLs) associated with body length were identified by interval mapping of the software MapQTL 5.0. A linkage group wide permutation test (1 000 replicates) determined the significance of the maximum LOD value over the various intervals analyzed for each linkage group. Twelve QTLs were identified for body length on the linkage groups of BL-1-1 (SNP0137-SNP1481), BL-4-1 (SNP0092-HLJ797), BL-5-1 (SNP1268-HLJ423), BL-7-1 (HLJ870-SNP0702), BL-12-1 (SNP0922-HLJ639), BL-16-1 (HLJE351-SNP0674), BL-25-1 (SNP0394-SNP0862), BL-35-1 (HLJ668-SNP0832), BL-43-1 (SNP0389-SNP1425), BL-47-1 (HLJ057-HLJ1113), BL-47-2 (HLJ1439-HLJ14180), which explained 13.8% to 64.9% of the total variation of body length. Eight major QTLs explained over 20% of the phenotypic variation, which were major QTLs associated with the body length of mirror carp.

New technology-based firms, particularly those that develop their business around a new technological platform, are likely to be impacted by globalization, in terms of both pace of innovation and pressure of competition. In practice strategic decisions concern each of these processes and address issues such as organizational boundaries, location of the operational activities, what activities to focus on and selection of value partners. The business model by which firms operate needs also to accommodate the spatial dimensions indicated by globalization; and the emergence of global technology markets. This paper presents a review of the business model literature from which a generic business model framework is derived, identifying and introducing the main elements of these processes as the firms' focus, modus and locus. © 2012 IEEE.

During the summer of 2009, mass mortality was observed in cage-cultured Rock Bream (Oplegnathus fasciatus; Temminck and Schlegel) in the Liaoning Province. Histopathogic studies of the affected fish showed enlarged basophilic cells in the kidney and spleen. These necrotic cells were stained purple using haematoxylin and eosin (HE). GF cell cultures showed advanced cytopathic effects after infection with virus supernatants from diseased fish homogenate. Transmission electron microscopy revealed hexagonal outlines virions in the cytoplasm of the spleen, kidney, liver, intestine cells. The viral particles consisted of a central nucleocapsid (100-110 nm) and envelope, and were 150-180 nm in diameter. These results suggested that the virus belonged to the Iridoviridae. Using polymerase chain reaction (PCR), approximately 570-bp fragments were amplified from the viral DNA in spleen, kidney, gill, intestine, heart and brain of diseased fish with the primers derived from red sea bream Iridovirus (RSIV). In addition, a specific fragment of 1 400 bp of the major capsid protein (MCP) gene of the Iridovirus was amplified by PCR. A phylogenetic tree was constructed to compare the corresponding genetic sequences in Megalocytivirus. The tree demonstrated that RSIV-LN09 virus existed in the same branch as the RSIV-U1 et al. Our present results indicated that RSIV was the causative agent.
