An object of the present invention is to provide a carrier on which Protein A has been immobilized, the Protein A having a specific amino acid sequence that permits the desorption of antibodies under mild pH conditions (specifically, pH4.0 to 5.5) in which many antibodies do not undergo acid modification; and a manufacturing method for the carrier. An immobilization carrier (excluding an immobilization carrier having a monolith structure) on which a protein is adsorbed by electrostatic interaction, the protein consisting of an amino acid sequence represented by the general formula: R1-R2-R3-R4-R5-R6, wherein the part represented by R1-R2-R3 is used for immobilization on the immobilization carrier, wherein: the sequence represents a sequence from the amino-terminal side towards the carboxyl-terminal side; the sequence of the R2 part is the sequence of a Protein A mutant as a protein to be immobilized or a sequence in which 1 to 3 units of the sequence thereof were linked together, the Protein A mutant having characteristics of strongly binding to an antibody under neutral conditions and dissociating with the antibody bound under neutral conditions under weakly acidic conditions of pH 4.0 to 5.5.

This binder for battery electrodes is characterized by containing a polymer including: (A) a structural unit represented by general formula (1) and derived from a monomer having a hydroxyl group (in the formula, R1 is a hydrogen or a C1-C4 straight-chain or branched alkyl group, R2 and R3 are each a hydrogen or a C1-C4 straight-chained or branched alkyl group, and n is an integer of 2-30); (B) a structural unit derived from an ethylenically unsaturated monomer having at least one functional group selected from the group consisting of a difunctional carboxylic acid group, a nitrile group and a ketone group; and (C) a structural unit derived from a polyfunctional (meth)acrylate monomer having at most five functional groups.

The purpose of the present invention is to provide: an aqueous binder having high adhesiveness, that in particular does not exhibit oxidative degradation in an electrode environment, and having little environmental load; and an electrode and a battery that use same. Disclosed is a battery electrode binder containing: (A) a constituent unit derived from a monomer having a hydroxyl group; and (B) a constituent unit derived from a polyfunctional! (meth)acrylate having no more than 5 functions. An electrode is prepared using this binder and is used in a battery such as a lithium-ion secondary battery.

Provided is a chlorine dioxide-generating product comprising an inorganic porous carrier carrying a chlorite and an alkali agent. In the product, the alkali agent is carried in an amount of more than 0.7 molar equivalent and not more than 2 molar equivalents relative to the amount of the chlorite carried, and the product has a water content of 10% by weight or less. The chlorine dioxide-generating product can stably generate chlorine dioxide gas in an amount that sufficiently achieves deodorization, sterilization, virus removal, mold prevention, antisepsis, or the like of spatial environments, foods, or others but exerts no harmful effect on humans, over a long period of time.
