The present invention relates to a steel rebar comprising the following ingredients: 0.005%-0.030% of C, 0.3%-0.6% of Si, 1.2%-2.5% of Mn, 0.01 % or less of P, 0.01 % or less of S, 8.0%-10.0% of Cr, 1.0%-3.0% of Mo, 0.2%-0.4% of Sn, 0.01 %-0.05% of Rare Earth element, and the remainder being Fe and unavoidable impurities. The present invention also provides a production method of steel rebar. The steel rebar of the present invention has excellent comprehensive mechanical properties and corrosion resistance performance, while meeting the requirements of anti-knock, the service life in sea water of the steel rebar is increased, thus it can be widely used in reinforced concrete structures in ocean environment.

Disclosed is a submerged arc welding wire, comprising the following at mass percentage: 0.85-1.60% of Mo; 2.50-4.50% of Ni; 0.10-0.30% of Ti; 0.005-0.02% of B; 0.005-0.02% of REM; 1.60-2.00% of Mn; C which is greater than 0 and less than or equal to 0.06%; Si which is greater than 0 and less than or equal to 0.10%; P which is less than or equal to 0.008%; S which is less than or equal to 0.006%; and the balance being Fe. Also disclosed are a welding method and a weld metal. The welding process by the submerged arc welding wire and welding method and the welded welding joint have relatively high tensile strength and relatively good low temperature toughness, and the welding process has a relatively high welding speed, so that the requirements for X120 pipeline welding and pipe manufacturing can be satisfied.

In order to solve the current lack of detection method of impurity elements in the vanadium-aluminum alloy, this paper established by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry (ICP-AES) direct simultaneous determination of 15 kind of micro or trace impurity elements, including boron, tungsten, silicon, iron, lead, tin, arsenic, nickel, chromium, cobalt, copper, phosphorus, manganese, magnesium, molybdenum. Vanadium-aluminum alloy sample was digested as the solution with hydrochloric acid and nitric acid, and then by nebulizer spray aerosol was introduced in the plasma torch, the elements in the 8000-10000K high temperature was excited and emission of characteristic lines, by detecting the signal intensity of the characteristic lines for quantitative analysis. Method detailed study between the sample substrate the vanadium and aluminum as well as the co-existing elements disturbing effect, and through the optimal analysis spectral line and the background adjusted the position to avoid the spectrum disturbance. Selects the method which the substrate match and the synchronized background adjust unify to eliminate highly concentrated the vanadium aluminum base body to the test solution atomization, transmission, ICP balanced and the stimulation and the element determination each kind of disturbing effect factor, and optimize the operation control parameters of the spectrometer. In this law determination aerospace rank's vanadium-aluminium alloy impurity element's result indicated: detection limit 5.0 ∼ 100μg / L, the background equivalent concentration of 5-95μg / L; recovery rate of 95.3% to 110.0%; in content ≥0.010% RSD≥4.88%; between 0.001% and 0.010% content scope RSD≤8.89%. The actual sample results were the same as the Germany GfE company which is the world-class manufacturer of the vanadium-aluminium alloy, and detection elements and scope over the Gfe. Method measured the European standard samples of the vanadium-iron alloy consistent with the standard value, whose matrix composition similar to the vanadium-aluminium alloy. © 2011 Published by Elsevier Ltd.

Lath-shaped β-Mg2Sn precipitates with (near) Burgers OR in α-Mg matrix are found to be enclosed by three to four pairs of facets. The habit plane (HP) is (1 1 0)β//(0 0 0 1)α, while the major side facet (MSF) is (-1 1 1)β or 0.36° from (1 2 -3 0)α, the trace of which is about 10° from [1 -1 0 0]α. The minor side facet with a higher frequency of appearance is (1 -1 1)β//(-2 1 1 0)α, while that with a lower frequency of appearance is (1 -1 0 0)α or 0.50° from (-1 1 -3)β. Based on geometrical models, the MSF is proposed to obey a Δg parallelism rule, which requires a rotation of -0.15° from the exact Burgers OR. It has recently been suggested that the size effect and the enriched Mn concentration of ultrafine austenite grains are the two main contributors to austenite stability. We argue here that the chemical composition of austenite, particularly the C content, and the hydrostatic pressure on the transforming austenite grains are the intrinsic factors that affect the stability, rather than the austenite grain size. © 2012 Acta Materialia Inc. This invention involves in metal solidification and continuous casting field, especially a chamfered narrow side copper plate for mould with funnel-shaped curved surface. The working face of the narrow side copper plate (1) contacting molten steel comprise a middle area (2) and two chamfered areas (3, 4) which are arranged at two sides, and said working face has a funnel-shaped curved surface which is big at top and small at bottom. In present invention, the chamfered narrow side copper plate for mould with funnel-shaped curved surface can ensure the uniformity of the cooling effect of the chamfered surface and enhance the service life of the narrow side copper plate.

The invention discloses a low-neodymium, non-heavy-rare-earth and high-performance magnet and its preparing method, and belongs to technical field of rare earth permanent magnetic material. The magnet has a chemical formula of [(Nd, Pr)_(100-x)(Ce_(100-y)La_(y))_(x)]_(a)Fe_(100-a-b-c)B_(b)TM_(c), wherein x, y, a, b and c represent mass percents of corresponding elements respectively, 0x40%, 0y15%, 29a30%, 0.5b5%, 0.5c5%; and TM is one or more selected from Ga, Co, Cu, Nb and Al elements. A series of grades of magnets can be prepared with rapidly solidified strips of only three components. Component proportioning of magnet can also be directly performed by using mixed rare earth, so that the cost increased by further separation and purification of the rare earth is reduced. During the preparation of magnetic powder with a jet mill, an antioxidant lubricant which is composed of alcohol, gasoline and basic synthetic oil is added. A low-temperature sintering technology is adopted; and the sintering temperature is 1, 010-1, 050 C. and the annealing temperature is 450-550 C. The magnetic energy product (BH)_(m )is more than 40 MGOe; and the coercive force H_(cj )is more than 10 kOe. The production time and the energy loss can be significantly reduced.

The invention relates to metal solidification and continuous casting, in particular to a back-up roll device and method for conducting corner deformation on a chamfered continuous casting slab. The back-up roll device comprises back-up rolls with -angle bevels, movable bearing seats, bearing seat moving rails, bearing seat motion holding mechanisms and inner arc or outer arc frames of a casting machine. The back-up rolls are arranged on the inner and/or outer arc frames of the horizontal segment of the casting machine. Support surfaces of the back-up rolls make contact with and squeeze smaller obtuse angles adjacent to the wide face of the inner or outer arc on the chamfered continuous casting slab, and therefore each smaller obtuse angle is squeezed into two larger obtuse angles. The back-up roll device and method for conducting corner deformation on the chamfered casting slab can achieve the purposes of eliminating edge slivers.

The invention discloses a low-cost double-main-phase Ce permanent magnet alloy and its preparation method, and belongs to technical field of rare earth permanent magnet material. The Ce permanent magnet alloy has a chemical formula of (Ce_(x),Re_(1-x))_(a)Fe_(100-a-b-c)B_(b)TM_(c )in mass percent, wherein 0.4x0.8, 29a33, 0.8b1.5, 0.5c2, Re is one or more selected from Nd, Pr, Dy, Tb and Ho elements, and TM is one or more selected from Ga, Co, Cu, Nb and Al elements; the Ce permanent magnet alloy has a double-main-phase structure with a low H_(A )phase in (Ce,Re)FeB and a high H_(A )phase in NdFeB. The double-main-phase Ce permanent magnet alloy of the present invention prepared by using a double-main-phase alloy method greatly lowers the production cost of magnet while maintaining excellent magnetic performances.
