A tangent suspension bracket configured for coupling to at least one of a suspension insulator and a conductor clamp assembly. The tangent suspension bracket further includes a central cap, a first end attachment structure and a second end attachment structure. The central cap structure includes an upper wall having an opening and a depending skirt, together defining a downwardly opening cavity. The opening is structurally configured to allow the passage of a portion of one of the suspension insulator and the conductor clamp assembly while maintaining a portion within the downwardly opening cavity, so as to secure the central cap structure to one of the suspension insulator and the conductor clamp assembly. The first end attachment assembly extends from the central cap and the second end attachment structure extends from the central cap in the opposite direction.

An electrical transmission line repair device including a first conductor clamp, a second conductor clamp and at least one tie rail extending between the first and second conductor clamps in a spaced apart orientation. The first conductor clamp including a lower assembly and an upper assembly. The lower assembly and the upper assembly are slidably engageable with each other so as to define a conductor cavity extending therealong. Clamping fasteners are configured to extend through openings in the upper assembly so as to be threadable toward and away from the conductor contact region of the lower assembly within the conductor cavity.

The cable termination may include a housing and a cable having at least one conductor disposed within the housing with an elastomeric body disposed in the housing and constrictively stretched over a portion of the cable. A retainer may be disposed around a portion of the cable for retaining the elastomeric body on the cable. The cable termination may also include an enclosure capable of changing volumetrically in response to fluctuating pressure disposed in the housing and around a portion of the cable.

An electrical transmission line repair apparatus comprising a first end section, a second end section and a link member. The first and second end sections are spaced apart from each other and each configured to receive and releasably retain a conductor thereacross. The link member is positioned on one side of the first and second end sections, so that the first and second end sections can be coupled to a conductor on either side of a link member, suspension or other device from below, and without decoupling or de-energizing the transmission line. In addition, the installation of the same and the clamping can be achieved from below the conductor upon positioning. That is, the link member or members do not straddle the transmission line, requiring dismantling of the dead end configuration, or the disassembly of the link member from the first and second end section.

The boot seal may include an elastomeric body constrictively stretched over an end of a cable and a retainer to grip the cable. The retainer may be a body having a central opening to receive the cable and have a plurality of inclined tines extending radially inwardly from the body with the inclined tines having distal ends forming the central opening. The elastomeric body may have a first sleeve on an end of the boot seal for receiving the end of the cable.

An electrical connector assembly combination includes a receptacle with a plurality of electrical contacts, and a connector device with housing configured to accept and retaining a terminal end of a flexible assembly comprising one or more flexible electrical conductors. The terminal end of the flexible assembly includes one or more electrical contacts. The connector device is capable of being reversibly coupled and interlocked with the receptacle such that each of the electrical contacts in the receptacle is electrically connected to a corresponding contact at the terminal end of the flexible assembly in a secure, removable and non-permanent manner.

A lamp connector comprises a contact and a connector body having an accommodation space accommodating the contact. The contact has a positioning hole. The connector body has a slot extending along an insertion direction of the contact and confining the contact thereinside. The accommodation space has a elastic member with a barb that corresponds to the positioning hole and has a guide slope. The contact can easily overcome elastic force of the elastic member, overpass the guide slope to go into the accommodation space and is longitudinally confined to the slot. Then, elastic force springs the barb into the positioning hole. Thus, the contact is transversely positioned in the plastic body. Thereby, the contact can be assembled to the plastic body faster, more conveniently and more firmly; the electric connection of the male plug and the female socket is more stable and more resistant to electromagnetic interference.

An electrical assembly connector for connecting a flexible assembly having a plurality of flexible assembly electrical contacts to a rigid assembly having a connector receptacle with a plurality of attachment element electrical contacts. The connector comprises an intermediary device configured to electrically connect the rigid assembly and the flexible assembly. The intermediary device has a plurality of connector electrical contacts. The intermediary device electrical contacts are exposed on a first base side and on a second base side of the intermediary device. The intermediary device electrical contacts exposed on the second base side are configured to mechanically and electrically couple to the flexible assembly electrical contacts, and the intermediary device electrical contacts exposed on the first base side are configured to electrically and mechanically couple to the attachment element electrical contacts.

A mechanical device for electrically connecting a first flexible assembly to a second flexible assembly comprises a wafer and a housing. The wafer has an insulator core and a plurality of wafer electrical connectors. The core has a first base side and an opposed second base side. The wafer electrical connectors include a first set of wafer electrical connector contacts exposed on the first base side and a second set of wafer electrical connector contacts exposed on the second base side. The wafer electrical connector contacts are adapted to electrically connect with each of the flexible assembly electrical contacts. The housing retains the wafer, the first flexible assembly terminal, and the second flexible assembly terminal in such a way that each of the first flexible assembly electrical contacts is removably secured and electrically connected to one of the wafer electrical connector contacts.
