The dynamic expression data includes a plurality of expressions, each expression representing a different condition that varies as a function of one or more variables. A user interface can be programmed to assign a given expression to a selected visualization space in response to a user input. A data interface can receive values from at least one data source for each variable in the given expression. An output engine can be programmed to populate the selected visualization space with information based on each condition defined by the given expression that has been assigned to the selected visualization space.

Systems and methods are provided for registering a sensor assembly, implemented on a base apparatus, to a desired location associated with a head of a user. A position of a reference point on the base apparatus is determined relative to an external anatomical landmark of the user. A position of the external anatomical landmark is determined relative to the desired location. The position and orientation of the sensor assembly is determined relative to the desired location according to the determined position and orientation of the sensor assembly relative to the reference point, the determined position of the reference point relative to the external anatomical landmark, and the position of the external anatomical landmark relative to the desired location.


A patient tissue includes a primary patient tissue area and an anatomically differentiated bordering secondary patient tissue area. An apparatus is at least partially customized responsive to preoperative imaging of the patient tissue. Means are provided for mating with the primary patient tissue area in a preselected relative orientation. Means are provided for fixing a first landmark to the primary patient tissue area in at least one of a predetermined marking location and a predetermined marking trajectory. Means are provided for fixing a second landmark to the secondary patient tissue area in at least one of a predetermined marking location and a predetermined marking trajectory. A method of associating a plurality of landmarks with a patient tissue is also provided.

A device and method for supporting a joint formed by first and second patient tissue structures are provided. A device body includes a band having a first band end and a second band end laterally separated by a band length. The first and second band ends are configured for selective mutual interconnection. A top band portion and a bottom band portion are longitudinally separated by a band height. An inner surface of a device body is directly adjacent to the joint and is attached to at least one of the first and second patient tissue structures during use. An outer surface of the device body, oppositely facing from the inner surface, includes a semi-permeable membrane. The membrane permits liquid to penetrate therethrough in a first direction from the outer toward the inner surface. The membrane substantially prevents liquid from penetrating therethrough in a second direction opposite the first direction.

An angiographic imaging system is configured to capture a first image of a region of interest, representing a first time, and a second image of a region of interest, representing a second time. A registration component is configured to register the first image to the second image. A difference component is configured to generate a difference image from the first image and the second image. A pattern recognition component is configured to assign a clinical parameter to the region of interest from the difference image and at least one of the first image and the second image.


Systems, methods, and apparatuses for assisting with submucosal dissections include a retraction strip body. The retraction strip body is formed at least partially from a deformable material. The retraction strip body is capable of being selectively moved between a first condition and a second condition. In the first condition, the retraction strip body is capable of engaging a target patient tissue. In the second condition, the retraction strip body is capable of retracting the target patient tissue. At least one tissue engagement member is located on the retraction strip body.
