A case of the Crohn's disease acute attack, not earlier diagnosed, in a patient with a peroral poisoning with electrolyte is described. A subtotal resection of a stomach, subtotal colectomy with extraction of a greater omentum and resection of the ileum distal department are made because of the critical alterations of the stomach, large intestine and distal departments of the ileum. A patient's state in 9 months after operation was assessed as a satisfactory one.
