The present invention relates to an integrated equipment for aluminum alloy refining and casting, in which a holding furnace is divided into two furnace chambers, that is, fluid refining chamber and pressure casting chamber. After being refined in the fluid refining chamber, aluminum fluid doesnt contact air so that it will not be reoxidized, enabling manufacture of casts with fine quality. Meanwhile, immersing electric heating is employed in the holding furnace of the present invention to improve the temperature uniformity of aluminum fluid and the heating efficiency. After completing the pressure casting, the inert gas at high temperature will not be discharged directly into the atmosphere but into a gas tank so that it can be reused after being purified, improving utilization rate of resource and energy.

The present invention discloses an apparatus for on-line deburring wheel blank, which comprises a body frame, cylinders, rails, slidable tables, electric motors and cutting systems, etc. When the wheel blank on a conveyor belt is transported to the central location between left clamping blocks and right clamping blocks, the blank is stopped by sensor(s) and lifted by a lifting cylinder via a bracket. Through a gear and two racks, a clamping cylinder drives the left slidable table and the right slidable table to synchronously clamp the wheel blank. A first electric motor drives the clamped wheel blank to rotate in counterclockwise direction. A first feeding cylinder feeds the right lathe tool to make it contact the wheel rim. The function of removing burrs on the wheel rim, which are caused upon closing molds, is realized by the relative movement between the wheel and the lathe tool.

The present invention discloses a rotary wheel airtightness detecting machine which comprises a body frame, an air cylinder, an upper seal, a lower seal, a water tank, an electric motor and a self-made air cylinder, etc. During use, the present invention can make the wheel be automatically centered between the upper seal and the lower seal, avoiding severe abrasion of equipment caused by inclination of the upper pressing plate for sealing upon biased positioning of the wheel.

A pretreatment process for a magnesium alloy wheel is provided. The process flow is as follows: washing with hot water; degreasing; washing with hot water; acid washing for surface adjustment; washing with water; washing with pure water; performing chromium-free conversion treatment; washing with pure water; washing with pure water; sealing film; washing with pure water; baking; and spraying (electrophoresis). The process of the present invention can improve corrosion resistance of magnesium alloys and adhesion of surface coating thereof, realizing durable use of the surface of the magnesium alloy wheel. An immersion type treatment is adopted in the pretreatment, and therefore the process time is short, and the formed film is uniform and has good compactness. Application standard for corrosion-resistance of wheels can be reached by combining the pretreatment process with spraying and electrophoresis.
