Taxation risk is an important factor for the development of the chemical enterprise, which can affect the operation of the chemical enterprise, and therefore the application of the analytic hierarchy process on it is studied in depth. Firstly, the importance of strengthening taxation risk management of chemical enterprise is summarized. Secondly, the basic theory of analytic hierarchy process is studied in depth, the analyzing procedure is discussed, and the improved algorithm is put forward. Finally, a case study is carried out, and the taxation risk situation of a chemical enterprise is assessed based on the analytic hierarchy process, and results show that this method can offer the effective theory basis for the taxation risk management of the chemical enterprise. © 2014, Journal of Chemical and Pharmaceutical Research. Support vector machine is becoming more and more popular in classification. In this paper, we focus on the nonhomogeneous polynomial kernels and present a new way on the choice of the exponent d to the polynomial. We conclude that the optimal d in terms of accuracy rate is always in the range constructed by our method and our new modified support vector machine algorithm is fast and efficient. © 2017 Author(s).

Starting from the analysis of ideological and political courses in terms of its meaning, theory, technology and content, this paper introduces the basic knowledge of J2EE platform and the theory of an online learning platform supported by JSP, SERVLET and JAVABEAN technologies. JSP technology is used to build an online teaching platform for college teachers to teach ideological and political practice course. The platform consists of four subsystems, which are system administrator, teacher management, Youth League Branch secretary management, and student management. By setting different levels of privileges for users of different identities, we realize the platform's teaching and learning functions. The system takes advantage of the strong development capacity of Ellipse software to establish a model that can analyse and design the teaching platform step by step. Finally, the system realizes the overall function of the platform, applying it to real situations by which the utility is verified.

Support vector machine has become a leading method in classifications and is one of the major topics in supervised learning. Its simple idea and fast implementation have made this method widely used in many areas, such as economics, natural science and chemical engineering. Gaussian kernel is the most common kernel in the support vector machine method, however, the selection of the parameter σ has not become clear yet. In this paper, we study the selection of σ based on separation and cohesion. The data is about the major evaluations in Chuzhou Vocational and Technical College. Our second goal in this paper is to determine which majors are performed well and which are not based on support vector machine method. © 2017 IEEE.

In order to investigate the long-term prestress losses of reinforced concrete (RC) beams strengthened with prestressed carbon fiber reinforced polymer (CFRP) sheets, an incremental differential model is presented in this paper by using the conversion elastic modulus method. In this model, the creep and shrinkage of concrete, creep of adhesive layer and interfacial slip at the concrete-to-CFRP interface are all considered. The closed-form solution for long-term prestress loss is obtained by given boundary conditions and load patterns. The effectiveness of proposed model is validated by being compared with experimental results of the relative researchers' test beams in term of long-term prestress losses. The calculated results show that the proposed model can be used for predicting the long-term prestress losses of reinforced concrete beams strengthened with prestressed CFRP sheets. ©, 2015, Chongqing Medical University. The displacement and the angle of the continuous beam are researched under the complex loads in this paper. Based on the analytical model suggested by the authors, the nested dynamic objective function is determined to form the optimization of beam deformation, and a program analysis of typical examples is presented. It is compared both analytical model and simulation results based on finite element software of ANSYS10.0. Based on the results of investigation and the suggestion from the experts, the factors influencing the college canteen food quality and safety are found and assessment system for university cafeteria food quality and safety is constructed. With the improved Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) to the various indexes for the empowerment and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, the university canteen food quality and safety evaluation method is created. Then based on the example from Bengbu College, the solution of the model is provided, thus it is concluded that the process management factors, food factors and environmental factors, make the biggest influence on the canteen food quality and safety. Meanwhile, the extent of the influence of the second level factor on the canteen food quality and safety is identified and further it should be paid a greater attention to the several factors in order to improve the status of the food quality and safety condition. © Maxwell Scientific Organization, 2013.

In order to balance relatively the energy consumption of network node in wireless sensor networks (WSNs), this paper presents Sink mobility based and energy balancing unequal clustering protocol (SEBUCP). By adopting the improved SFLA (shuffled frog leaping algorithm), SEBUCP chooses the nodes having more residual energy and powerful communication capabilities as cluster heads and divides all nodes into clusters of different size. And competition mechanism between cluster heads is introduced, which is helpful to form a more rational cluster topology. In order to reduce the cluster head replacement frequency, cluster head serves continuously and by comparing nodes weight to determine the cluster head exchange time. The greedy algorithm is introduced to select an optimum relay node between cluster head and Sink. To further reduce the energy consumption of nodes, mobile Sink routing algorithm is also introduced to avoid the "hot-spots" problem. Simulation results demonstrate that SEBUCP has good performance on the network lifetime, energy balance and so on. © 2013 ACADEMY PUBLISHER.

Poly (diallyl dimethylammonium chloride)-graphene oxide multilayer film (PDDA/GO) was successfully fabricated onto a silicon substrate by a layer-by-layer self-assembly technology. Subsequently, PDDA/GO were thermally reduced to be PDDA/RGO in a vacuum. X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) was carried out to investigate the formation and microstructure of multilayer samples, as well as by water contacted angle (WCA). Results indicates that the multilayer film was prepared successfully, and the surface energy of PDDA/RGO is lower than PDDA/GO. Nano-tribological properties was investigated by an atomic force microscopy (AFM). It was found that the frictional coefficients of PDDA/RGO is better than PDDA/GO. To investigate the micro-tribological behaviors, a ball-on-plate tribometer was adopted. Results show that the layer-by-layer self-assembled multilayer thin film possesses good frictional and anti-wear properties. Therefore, both nano and micro friction performance of PDDA/RGO behaves better than PDDA/GO. The obtained samples make the further application to be more possible. © 2016 Trans Tech Publications, Switzerland.

In modern society, the development of urbanization process makes the increasing waste concrete and natural aggregate resource increasingly drying up. Recycled concrete research has become the inevitable development of society. This paper briefly introduces the research status of waste concrete recycling, and points out the current waste engineering application research status and existing problems of the concrete utilization.
