The urgency of the problem under investigation due to the provisions of the new federal state educational standards of preschool education in the Russian Federation, according to which at the present stage of priority education is to implement a high level of social and communicative potential of the child's personality as a prerequisite for its successful adaptation and socialization in the society. This article discusses the results of a study whose purpose was to develop a program of formation of communication skills in preschool children with visual impairments. The leading approaches to the study of this problem is the position of humane pedagogy, Waldorf education and to imitate the example of the idea of a deep respect for the child's personality. Structure of the program includes games, aimed at developing the child's care to another, his virtues and experiences, fellowship with one another, assisting in real and game interaction, non-verbal learning and verbal means of communication. The implementation of this program in the experimental conditions showed the effectiveness of the proposed approaches in the organization of educational activities aimed at the formation of communication skills in preschool children with visual impairments, as an important factor for their adaptation in the social environment. © 2016 Vasilyeva.

The urgency of research is caused by the growth of risky behaviours among children and adolescents, which poses a serious danger to their physical, mental and moral health, leads to biological, genetic and social degradation, poses a threat to the health and well-being of society as a whole. In this regard, this article aims to identify psycho-pedagogical conditions of prevention of addictive behaviours in adolescents. The leading approach to the study of this problem was organizational psychology, identify professional resources for the education system to a comprehensive, systemic effects on a minor for the purpose of formation of culture and attitudes on healthy and safe lifestyle. The article reveals that the prevention and overcoming of teenagers ' propensity to addiction in the conditions of modern educational space is possible through the implementation of organizational and psychological models of preventive work. The structure of organizational-psychological model of modular system of training lessons, which includes cognitive, autopsychological, technological, axiological and components of valeological. Effectiveness of individual and group interactive forms of content modular system in the preventive work on the prevention of addictive behaviours in adolescents. It is proved that preventive pedagogical activity must be prolonged, complex and carry the complementary kind. Intermediate revealed positive changes, which suggest that the application of modular system of training classes «my Choice» reduces the risk of initiation of adolescents to substance abuse and to other forms of addictive behavior. A modular system of training classes «my Choice» can be used in practice of educational establishments for work with adolescents 14-17 years. © 2016 Velieva.

The actuality of the research is due to the fact that in multinational Russia one of the most important issues is education of bilingual children in national republics and of migrant children, speaking their native language. This is due to multicultural environment of Russian regions and to migration processes that have marked the issue of education, adaptation and socialization in a new socio-cultural environment that necessitates socio-pedagogical maintenance of migrant children in educational establishments. In this situation, it acquires a new shade – full linguistic proficiency in both languages ensures bilingual children a successful socialization and equal access to quality education conducted in Russian, which becomes socially important. The purpose of the article is substantiation of the propaedeutic preparation model for such children to master the Russian speech as non-native and experimental verification of pedagogical conditions complex ensuring the effectiveness of this model. The leading method is a pedagogical experiment that allows to test the developed model of propaedeutic preparation model of preschool children to master the second (Russian) language based on activity approach and which represents a continuous process. The developed structural and functional model of propaedeutic preparation process of bilingual children to mastering the Russian speech includes the following components: axiological-purposeful, content-related, process-activity component, evaluation-effective component. The model aims to introduce into practical work of national educational institutions the teaching conditions conducive to solving the problems of pre-school children socialization and to improving propaedeutic preparation of pre-schoolers to mastering the Russian speech. © 2016 Gabdrakhmanova and Guseva.

The relevance of the research problem due to the fact that, together with a positive influence on the demographic situation, the consequences of migration processes have a negative impact in all areas of social life and become a source of social tension and destabilization of the economic and political situation. The purpose of the article is to describe the process of implementing an eclectic model of individual psychological support to the younger members of the families of migrants. The leading approach in the provision of psychological assistance is multi-modal multidimensional model of restoration of internal stability, allowing to provide comprehensive and targeted psychological effects. The article presents a case description of the practice of psychological help, which revealed the potential of this model, it disclosed the specifics of its application and justified the use of the model as a tool for studying the effectiveness of psychological correction. The materials of the article are of practical value to the professional psychologists, since the implementation of the model described above allows to record personal experience of the practice of psychological help, making it available for analysis and systematization, as well as improve the competence of psychology students by solving problems of various types that are based on this model. © 2016 Artemyeva and Chernov.

Recent changes in the Russian system of higher linguistic education, introduction of the two level education for future teachers of foreign languages according to the Bologna agreement, alterations to the existing university syllabi necessitate a close study of the international experience in this sphere. Therefore careful evaluation of the best practices of European universities in organizing teaching of English to future teachers of foreign languages at the undergraduate and graduate levels has become significant and crucial. The article aims at systemizing some approaches to the English instruction of future teachers of foreign languages, which are used in Slovakia. It is based on the observations and the module analysis conducted at the Comenius University (Slovakia). The article brings to light some modern methods of teaching English in Slovakia, a country in Eastern Europe which has already passed a long period of transition from a Soviet like system of education to the latest innovations in the EU education policies. The facts and conclusions referred to in the given article can be used in upgrading higher linguistic and teachers’ training education in Russia as well as other countries. © 2016 Ibragimova and Martynova.

The formation of structural defects during particle-flux channeling in an array of nanotubes is studied by the molecular dynamic method. The approach accounts for the formation of defects by means of the AIREBO potential. The characteristic dependences of the energy of the channeling particles on time are considered. Solution of the three-dimensional ideal plastic layer compression by two rough dies is presented. Prandtl's assumption of a linear variation of the shear stresses over the thin layer thickness is assumed. Three-dimensional plastic flow, induced by friction contact stress vector on the dies, is analyzed using Haar and Karman's full plasticity concept. The focusing of atomic and molecular particles near the nanotube axis using a model of a carbon nanotube (CNT) with discrete arrangement of atoms in its wall is studied. The degree of focusing of channeling particles in CNTs depends not only on the diameter of the CNTs, but also on its chirality. It is shown that the concentration of channeling particles in the tube's central part is higher for chiral nanotubes. © 2013 Pleiades Publishing, Ltd.

The interaction between graphene on a substrate and charged particles moving with different rates (from thermal to Bohr’s) is studied by the molecular dynamics method. An approach is used, in which chemical-bond formation and breakage are taken into account by the ReaxFF potential. The characteristic dependences of the interaction forces of moving charged particles on the graphene-substrate distance are considered. The mechanical properties of carbine are studied. The model is an array of chains located in a cell with periodic boundaries on each side.
