Hecheng Shuzhi Ji Suliao/China Synthetic Resin and Plastics | Year: 2017

Epoxy-modified waterborne polyurethane(WPU)emulsion for architectural coatings was prepared with isophorone diisocyanat, polypropylene glycol, dimethylol propionic acid, 1, 4-butanediol, ethylenediamine and epoxy resin E-54 as raw materials. Effects of the content and charging order of E-54 on the emulsion appearance, water-resistance and mechanical properties of the WPU paint film were studied. The experimental results show that WPU emulsion with high solid content and stability is prepared via charging order of modification and neutralization in sequence; the optimal appearance and stability of the emulsion are obtained when the mass fraction of epoxy resin is 6% as well as the hardness, water resistance and tensile property of the paint film which can be used as architectural coatings with excellent performance. © 2017, Beijing Yanshan Branch, Assets Management Corporation, SINOPEC. Study on physical and engineering properties of Lake mud for soft soil, determinated by the triaxial compression test, direct shear and consolidation test. Test determinated the parameters of consolidation characteristics of consolidation and shear strength characteristics when consolidation was stable, under compression of 25kPa, 50kPa, 100kPa, 200kPa, 300kPa and 400kPa; and analyzed the statistical correlation between the parameters, and analyzed the varying pattern of consolidation Cv and shear strength variation c with the degree of consolidation U. Then improved the coefficient of Terzaghi-Rendulic consolidation theory for the assumption of constant, established (U-t) curve with coefficient of consolidation Cv change with U. Test results provided data for the feasibility study Lake dike of ChengMenshan copper mine project.

In the present study, mechanical and physical properties were studied about the composite which was hot pressed by different kinds of modified phenol resin, then, one modified way was decided. Orthogonal experiment and single factor experiment, as well as the effect of mixture ratio on the composite properties, were designed to study systematically hot-pressing parameters. This paper also discusses the mechanism of interfacial bonding between aluminum and PF by analyzing the surface free energy, FTIR, SEM and XPS. The findings provide theoretical and technical support for the aluminum/wood decorative board hot-pressing with modified PF. Copyright © 2017, AIDIC Servizi S.r.l.

In this paper, aiming at the blind identification problem of parallel concatenated convolutional codes in noncooperative signal processing, a method of recognizing the generalized coupling dark information is proposed. The method is used to segment the receiver code sequence according to different lengths, and then construct the linear equations of the convolutional code generalized polynomial dark information. The generalized coupling dark information method is used to estimate the solution of the linear equations, and the linear equations of the coupling polynomials are constructed by using the check relations of the solution vector and the conjugate polynomial of the convolutional code. Finally, the coupling polynomial of the convolutional code is obtained. The experimental results verify the effectiveness of the algorithm and the theoretical and simulation analysis of the error adaptability of the algorithm. The simulation results show that the method can realize the detection and recognition of parallel concatenated convolutional codes under the condition of higher bit error rate.

Based on the analysis of the high power amplifier (HPA) characteristics of wideband CMMB repeater, an adaptive predistortion model with the fusion of scale effect and multiple linear multiplier (SEMLM) is proposed. On the basis of real multiple linear multiplier (RMLM), the model adopts B spline optimization algorithm to determine the multiple linear multiplier coefficient. The new parameter w0 is added to the model, and the modified formula for B spline algorithm is given. Then, Kalman mechanism is introduced to the predistortion multiple linear multiplier system to eliminate the overfitting of the B spline algorithm, construct the indirect learning adaptive predistorter of CMMB digital repeater, and conduct fitting on the multiple linearity and scale effect of HPA. The results show that: Both RMLM and SEMLM predistorters can improve the performance of the system significantly and reduce the power ratio of the adjacent channel by about 30dB. When the mean square error (MSE) is maintained below 10-6, the network parameters of the SEMLM structure are reduced by nearly 50% compared with the RMLM structure, and the multiplication and addition times in the iterative process are reduced by about 75%.

The high-dimensional data has a number of uncertain factors, such as sparse features, repeated features and computational complexity. The random forest algorithm is a ensemble classifier method, and composed of numerous weak classifiers. It can overcome a number of practical problems, such as the small sample size, over-learning, nonlinearity, the curse of dimensionality and local minima, and it has a good application prospect in the field of high-dimensional data classification. In order to improve the classification accuracy and computational efficiency, a neval classification method based on the Hadoop cloud computing platform is proposed. Firstly, the processing of Bagging algorithm is done with the data sets to get the different data subsets. Secondly, the Random Forest is completed by training of the decision tree under the MapReuce architecture. Finally, the processing of data sets classification is done by the Random Forest. In our experiment, the three high-dimensional data sets are used as the subjects. The experimental results show that the classification accuracy of proposed method is higher than that of stand-alone Random Forest, and the computational efficiency is improved significantly. The performance of the car can be improved by engine the automobile slightly. To control knock intensity within a certain range, the monitoring of the automobile knock is important. Research has focused on the detection methods and the common repair strategies in the work. Based on the concept and characteristics of the automobile knock, some common repair strategies are proposed. These strategies are applied to the sensor, knock control equipment, the engine itself, etc., combined with the importance of knock detection and the knock signal selection.
