Grid video surveillance system is widely used in power grid construction, production, operating and management, et al. In order to make grid video surveillance systems constructed according to unified standards, the enterprise standard-Grid Video Surveillance System and Interface was issued by State Grid Corporation of China. The standard adopts advanced and mature technology, and can perfectly solve the key issues of gird video surveillance system, such as unified planning, interconnection, business integration. This paper first analyzes the actuality of grid video surveillance system and its limitations. Then the main contents and technical standards referenced, as well as the meanings of the standard are introduced. ©2010 State Grid Electric Power Research Institute Press.

When analyzing cross-section of a load of small disturbance voltage stability, it is found that if local power plant is in load center, the small power has a significant impact on voltage stability of receiver grid. This paper uses the load model containing small power and the analysis method of small disturbance based on power flow to study the influence of local power that is taken as the turbo-generator unit on voltage stability of load cross-section. The modal analysis method is used to obtain voltage stability index and to deeply discuss how the amplification factors of the excitation system and speed control system of the unit affect the voltage stability index. Results show that the synchronous generator in load center has a positive effect on voltage stability. Simulation results indicate the validity of the conclusions.
