The operation of the power failure can be catastrophic national security and economy. Due to complex, the dispersed of assets of dependent relationship among computer, communication, and power systems, to meet the safety requirements and quality requirements of the operation is a challenging problem. In recent years, the cyber security standards jointly sponsored cyber security utility, in compliance with the control system-CIP 1200. Common to this standard, identification of the existing security hole, a few cyber-that will offer an control system, and introduces several measures (for example, best practice). The product quality affected by key quality characteristics have an important effect on quality control and diagnosis, the key quality characteristics prediction model is established with BP neural network. In order to reduce training time and increase convergence rate, the factors which affect key quality characteristics are sorted with grey correlation grade, then the obtained main factors are used to the input neurons of BP neural network. The network is improved with Levenberg-Marquardt algorithm. The reliability of some machine center which is included in key quality characteristics is taken as a prediction example. The main factors which affect reliability are obtained with grey correlation grade. The training and prediction results are obtained by Matlab, the results show the prediction is mostly exactly and quick convergence rate. Source

Transthoracic impedance (TTI) has been demonstrated to be a potential indicator to monitor the quality of chest compressions (CCs) during cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR). However, TTI signals are challenged by noise artifact from multiple sources, such as ventilations and baseline drift. Practically, it is very essential to accurately detect the peak-to-trough of the complicated TTI signals. However, nowadays, there is no method to solve the problem. In this paper, Extrima search with niche technology was used to search the peak-to-trough of TTI signal. We select 2 features to judge the potential peaks and troughs in order to remove the false ones. Besides, we designed a LDA classifier for recognizing the compression and ventilation waves. The experimental results show that this method in this paper can precisely recognize the real peaks and troughs of TTI signals which include some false ones. © (2014) Trans Tech Publications, Switzerland. This paper analyzes the current information technology and technology limited of electronic commerce platform, and put forward a platform of regional characteristics based on electronic business information publishing system. Finally the paper gives general model and the realization of the platform structure, key technology and process.
