Interference imaging spectroscopy (IIS) is a novel high technology integrated by the two-beam interference technique, 2D imaging technique and spectroscopy with high resolution. The wide-field-of-view polarized type is an attractive scheme in IIS. It employs polarized components to realize interference and thus the image quality and spectrum reconstruction are principally determined by the characteristics of these polarization components. In this work, theoretical analysis of the interference visibility was performed by considering the polarization deviations and the retardation deviation of elements. The theoretical expression of interference visibility was deduced by polarization tracing method. The varying characteristics of interference visibility with incident angle, wavelength, azimuth angle, polarization direction and phase retardation were presented and the permissible deviation was quantitatively analyzed. This work would provide suggestions for system design, hyperspectral reconstruction and engineering practice of spectrometers composed of polarization components. Source

The recoil of airborne machine gun affects the safety of aircrafts. In order to improve the test precision of the aerogun recoil and evaluate the performance and airborne security air guns more reliable, a certain type of recoil test bench of airborne launcher was selected as the research object, and use the analytical software—ANSYS to build the finite element model which is under impact load of the recoil test scaffolding. It is concluded that increasing the stiffness of the recoil test bench is conductive to improve the measurement precision of recoil by analyzing the influence of different stiffness of the test bench on the recoil response. In this paper, an improved design method was proposed to raise the stiffness of test as the natural frequency of existing test bench is low. The modal analysis show that the first natural frequency of modified test bench increases from 10.89 HZ to 100.57 HZ, beneficial to improving the test accuracy of recoil. © (2014) Trans Tech Publications, Switzerland.
