This paper mainly conducts researches on the optimization and scheduling problems of the location selection for logistics distribution center. In order to effectively savings the transportation costs, and optimize the selection of urban vehicle scheduling path. Especially for the complex road network, there are many parameters for setting, which has made the traditional scheduling algorithm more complex in computation. In addition, it is not conducive to solve the practical application problems. In this condition, in order to avoid the problems caused by the traditional optimal scheduling algorithm for the location selection, including the factors are too many, while the factors are associated tightly with each other, and so on, this paper thus has proposed an improved and optimized ant colony algorithm for logistics location selection. This algorithm has firstly decomposition the obtained solution algorithm to the pairs, and then by using an improved optimized ant colony algorithm, we have transform these solutions from the feature of uncertainties into the ones of certainty, which has greatly de-sized the solution process. Simulation results show that the proposed optimal scheduling algorithm has reduced the computational complexity, optimizing a site model and provide new ways to solve the logistics locating selection problems.

Association rule algorithm is an important content of data mining. This paper analyses the weakness of classical Apriori algorithm and some algorithms based on boolean matrix of association rule algorithm. Apriori algorithm need scan the database many times in the process of finding frequent item sets and take up a lot of space and time. There are also many studies about algorithms based on boolean matrix that have improved the Apriori algorithm by vector inner-product to find frequent item sets. But in the case of relatively too much repetitive records in transaction-sets, the algorithm can be improved forward. According to these, this paper improves boolean matrix and bring about a weighting vector inner-product algorithm based on boolean matrix to find frequent item sets. In boolean matrix, a new column is added and stores the number of repetitive records of transaction sets. The number is called the weight of vector inner-product. The algorithm deletes the repetitive records, reduces the complexity of space and time and improves the efficiency. Danzhi Xiaoyao Powder is used for regulating qi and blood, soothing liver-qi stagnation and adjusting the function of internal organs in the clinical. The objective of this paper was to study the antidepressant effect of Danzhi Xiaoyao Powder. Experimental animals were grouped and given different doses of xiaoyao powder and Fluoxetine Hydrochloride tablets respectively. Mouse models of behavioural despair such as tail suspension test and forced swimming test were used to evaluate the antidepressant effect of Xiaoyao. Danzhi Xiaoyao Powder could shorten the immobility time of mice in the tail suspension and forced swimming despair models, and had a significant effect on them, while having no significant effect on locomotor activity in mice. Danzhi Xiaoyao Powder has a good antidepressant effect. The material basis and physiological and biochemical mechanisms of its action should be determined by further study.

Typical characteristics of web manufacturing process ,when compared with other sheet or flat product manufacturing, are the large value of web width and production speed .So the development of new and efficient algorithm invokes the interests of many researchers. This paper describes a novel approach based on stationary wavelet transform for the segmentation of web surface defect. The segmentation is performed firstly by decomposing the gray level image into sub-band images and then by an image fusion scheme for the sub-images. Compared with orthogonal wavelet transform (OWT), the notable advantage of stationary wavelet transform (SWT) is its shift invariance. These properties are especially important for defect detection. Image fusion makes full use of available information in each sub-band images to obtain better output results when compared with ordinary image enhancement. Experimental results demonstrate the validity of our method. The proposed method is targeted for web surface defect inspection but has the potential for broader application areas such as steel, wood and fabric defect detection. With the development of high performance signal processors, spectral analysis or a combination of statistical and spectral analysis would be the trend of web surface defect inspection. © (2012) Trans Tech Publications, Switzerland.

As the changing of the climate, a lot of places on the Lower Yellow River have to face the water shortage problems and the water resources become more and more important. How to use the Yellow River water better and realize the aim at adjusting the water together and managing the river scientifically is become a subject under the urgent need. For many reasons, the conventional PID control is difficult to satisfy the control demands of the sluice gate, this paper takes the sluice gate of Doufuwo as the target object, apply the principle of fuzzy adaptive control to the project of getting water from the Yellow River through the sluice gate, After the verifying of the practice, this strategy control method can ensure utilize of the Yellow River reasonably and effectively. © 2011 IEEE.

It is a challenging task for Ad hoc networks to design routing protocols which is used to efficiently find a path between two communicating nodes due to its node mobility, thus stability of selected path is of prime importance. In this paper, a path stability based routing algorithm PSB-DSR is proposed. PSB-DSR selects a stable path while minimizing hop counts instead of selecting shortest path used by DSR. Link stability factor (LSF) and path stability factor (PSF) are defined and used in route discovery process. Simulation results show the proposed PSB-DSR can select a stable path and avoid frequent link breaks, thus reduce rerouting operations and gain an improvement in packet delivery ratio and ETE delay. © 2011 IEEE.

Refinery units have the feature of operating inertia, long time transition period exists when production modes switch, during which product quality may decline and energy cost raises. The operating inertia have received significant attentions in actual refineries, while few literatures have given enough focus on it which is usually omitted to make scheduling easy. The core of this paper is to deal with the scheduling optimization problem of production modes switch considering operating inertia. By expression of the transition process, a mixed integer linear programming model was built based on a continuous time representation. The model optimizes unit operations by minimizing energy consuming. The formulation approach was used to address the scheduling of a refinery. Financial service trade which is an important part of world economy and financial development is developed quickly in China. It plays significant part in promoting economic growth. The empirical research on the relationship between financial service trade and economic growth was done by means of unit root test, vector autoregression model, Johansen cointegration test, and Granger causality test using the time series data from 1997 to 2012. The results show that there is a long-run cointegration relationship between financial service trade and economic growth. Financial service trade import and net import are of great importance to promote economic growth particularly. © 2014 WIT Press.

To solve the crucial issue of efficient traffic sign detection under fog and haze environment, a fast and robust detection algorithm is proposed in this paper. First, enhanced images are obtained by defogging with dark channel prior principle, which are further converted into normalized red-blue images. Then, different thresholds are applied to obtain series of binary images, where connected regions that remain unchanged are selected as the region of interest. Finally, interference regions are further removed by shape constraints of traffic signs, and the final detection results are obtained. Abundant experimental results show that image qualities under fog and haze weather are enhanced after defogging, and traffic sign detection performance is improved significantly. The detection efficiency is higher in the region of maximum stability comparing with the single threshold detection algorithm. Copyright © 2016 by Science Press.
