In order to prevent the thick labels from misalignment or out of position, via analyzing the working principle of label supplying system and the factors influencing the stability of label conveying and adopting toothed suction belt transmission technology, accelerated label conveying device in GDX1 soft packer was improved as following: 1) A pair of gears were installed on the shafts of accelerating wheel and driven wheel separately to make them synchronously rotating in opposite directions, and the driven wheel was driven by gears instead of by friction. 2) Labels were conveyed via the engagement of driven wheel and accelerating wheel, for ensuring a steady conveying process, the clearance between the two wheels was set at 0.05 mm less than label's thickness. The results showed that after improvement, the running speed of GDX1 packer increased from 320 to 360 packets per minute, the machine efficiency raised by about 6.3 percentage points, and the labels were conveyed more steadily. The working surface of driven wheel was away from the bearing and sliding seat, cleaning and maintenance became more convenient. Meanwhile the maintenance period was prolonged from 2 to 4 hours above. Aiming at the problems, such as broken packet, packet missing or not properly filled, might happen in the process of cigarette production, a VPFE (Visual Perception Feature Extraction) algorithm based on the X-ray images of cigarette cartons was put forward. VPFE algorithm extracted the features of objects from the angles of visual perception including boundary, density, distribution, direction and regularity. Different classifiers were used to detect the abnormalities in cigarette cartoning. The results showed that: 1) VPFE algorithm offered pretty good detection effects under different classifiers, it could be applied to classification learning by mainstream classifiers and advantaged over other feature extraction algorithms in detection precision, which reached 100% for the detection of cigarette missing and packet missing. 2) VPFE algorithm could also detect the packets with a broken area over 20% or cigarette misalignment with detection rates of 95.8% and 96.6%, respectively. Dangling pointer error is a notorious memory error in C/C++ programs. It is hard to debug and is often leveraged to compromise the security of systems. This pa- per introduces an efficient runtime system to detect all dangling pointer error in C/C++ programs. Our work is based on a key finding: objects allocated in the same execution context are likely to be freed together. Based on this insight, we propose a new heap design and a new kernel page fault handler to detect accesses to already-freed objects. Compared with previous state-of-the-art work (introduces up to 21X overhead), our detector introduces acceptable runtime overhead (with 34%) and consumes less physical memory on allocation intensive benchmarks. © 2017 ICIC International.

A novel method, termed ionic liquid-based hollow fibre liquid phase microextraction (IL-HF-PLME), coupled with high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) was developed for separation and preconcentration of three phthalate esters (PAEs) in tea beverage. In the present study, ionic liquid 1-butyl-3-methy-limidazolium hexafluorophosphate ([BMIm]PF6) was placed in the porous-walled polypropylene hollow fibre as the acceptor phase, and nonanol was used as the supported liquid membrane phase that accomplished extraction. Several important parameters influencing the extraction efficiency were investigated in detail. Under the optimized conditions, good linearity occurred in the range of 5-1000 ng mL-1 with the correlation coefficients values above 0.998. The limits of detection ranged from 0.67 to 1.73 ng mL-1. Recoveries of three PAEs in two kinds of spiked tea beverage samples (PAEs, 10.0-100.0 ng mL) were between 94.2 and 103.4%, with relative standard deviations (RSDs) ranged from 1.77 to 3.02%. The enrichment factors were 200. The developed IL-HF-PLME method allowed the simple, rapid, and sensitive determination of phthalate esters in tea beverage samples with an extraction time of just 4 min. © 2016 Elsevier Ltd.

In order to monitor crop planting area and predict its production, HJ-1 satellite (No.1 Environment satellite union of A and B) remote sensing data were used to analyze the spectral reflection characteristics of flue-cured tobacco crop and other ground objects. Three vegetation indices, including normalized difference vegetation index (NDVI), difference vegetation index (DVI) and ratio vegetation index (RVI), were calculated and their discrimination of flue-cured tobacco from other ground objects was analyzed and compared. The method for recognition of flue-cured tobacco from remote sensing data was determined, and the planting information of flue-cured tobacco in Jingxi County, Guangxi was extracted with the developed method. The method precision was verified with GPS field sampling data, and the obtained total precision was 92.79% with Kappa coefficient of 0.8374. It suggested that remote sensing technology could be used to obtain tobacco planting information quickly and accurately.

Tobacco Warehousing is chiefly applied to preserve the tobacco that is separated into leaf and stem so that the tobacco moisture is controlled at the range of technology demand.The present control method of tobacco save is that the references of every PID control link are set up and adjusted by human experience. So, the control effect varies with the individual and the output tobacco moisture can't maintain stable.The fuzzy-PID temperature system is based on CC2430 single chip. It includes the power source, the manipulative algorithm, the temperature examination, the correspondence of up PC and the output-control of the switch value and so on. Computer takes the parameter deviation and the deviation change as input, and the PID controller's parameters of ΔKp, Δki, ΔKd as output. The sub program realized the corresponding events by completing zone bit and zone bit judgment.
