In order to objectively understand the development situation of poly lactic acid fiber and make a reasonable forecast of its market situation, on the basis of studying the existing literature of poly lactic acid and poly lactic acid fiber, the basic conditions of poly (lactic acid) (PLA) and its fiber are summarized, forming and processing methods of poly lactic acid fiber are combed, the domestic and foreign research, development and production status, development trend and prospect of poly lactic acid fiber are summarized, and the demand of PLA fiber market in our country is forecasted. Research shows that; there are 2 main methods for the synthesis of PLA, which are direct condensation polymerization and ring opening polymerization. Melt spinning is the most economical method for the production of poly lactic acid till now. As a new type of polyester fiber, poly lactic acid fiber has broad market prospects and development space. PLA fiber engineering of our country is still in its initial stage, no matter from the research team, capital investment, as well as the results of the existence of a large gap with foreign countries.

The cashmere fibers as base material, and were handle by copper sulfate in one bath two steps process. And we test the conductive cashmere fibers conductivity. We researched the adsorption saturation value of copper ions on fiber in the process of absorption and infiltration. And the vulcanizing agents and concentrations, the time and temperature of the vulcanizing process, the time and temperature of absorption and infiltration process, the bath pH value were optimized by determining the conductivity of the fibers, and determined the best process. Experimental results showed that with the best process the resistance of the conductive cashmere fibers was 1 × 10 ~ 1 × 105 Ω · cm.

Bleaching of natural coloring matters on black human hair has been studied. The optimum technology of bleaching has been found, which can increase the whiteness of human hair and reduce strength loss. The catalytic mechanism of Fe2+ in bleaching of human hair has been studied, The difficulty, bleaching of human hair has been partly solved, it is the basis that fake hair plant can improve its products.

Joined the WTO, the acceleration of China's industrialization process, as well as the post - 2007 outbreak of the global financial crisis had important impacts to China's textile industry in the first 10 years of the 21st century. Based on the statistical data of textile industry, the paper analyzed the major character of the development of textile industry from the aspects of textile production and investment, the exports of textile and apparel, the structural adjustment of textile, the operational quality and efficiency of textile industry in recent years, and analyzed the development trend of the textile industry in the following years. At the same time, it pointed out than the global financial crisis, the upgrade of domestic textile consumption demand and consumption structure, the acceleration of the industrialization process were the challenge to China's textile industry. At the end, it made the recommendations to the China's textile industry in 2010 and the future.

The frequent occurrence of quality-related incidents in the domestic textile and apparel market in China is, in essence, the result of industry players' speculative practices due to a weak concept of the rule of law. The industry is therefore calling for a boost to standardization, believing that only the power of the rule of law can regulate the market and promote the healthy development of the industry.
