Sheet hydromechanical deep drawing is an effective method for manufacturing complicated parts. During hydromechanical deep drawing, the forming result is affected by the material properties. To find out which property has the greatest influence on the formability of hydromechanical deep drawing is conducive to select proper sheet and form qualified parts. The effects of material properties on the formability of the hydromechanical deep drawing of irregular cup are simulated by Dynaform. The major strain and the thickness distribution are used as evaluation criteria. The effects of the strain hardening exponent n and the anisotropy coefficient r on the hydromechanical deep drawing of the irregular cup are analysed.
