To realize the premixing of gas and air using muti-ejector, a flat plate premixed burner was proposed. The effects of air coefficient, nozzle diameter and thermal load ratio on the pollutant emission of burner were experimentally studied. It is found that lower NO and CO emissions of the designed flat plate premixed burner are realized. NO and CO emissions decrease with the increase of air coefficient. The larger the diameter of the nozzle, and the greater the gas and air contact surface, the better mixing effect and the smaller amount of CO emissions will be realized. When air ratio is 1.25, NO emission is 40×10-6, which reaches the fifth grade of NO emission. Source

Based on the hot air aging test methods, a device is created to test the aging performance of rubber, which has the ability to flush test samples in the circulation of atmosphere.The NBR is used as sample to test its aging performance under different temperature and atmosphere, and predict its use of time.The results show that when accelerated aging test under air atmosphere, the deviation of the predict results and actual use time is above 80%, the aging rate of NBR under gas environment is 1~2 times that of hot air, and when accelerated aging test undergas atmosphere, comparing the predict results and actual use time, the deviation is under 20%. ©, 2015, Tongji University.
