In order to study the influence of shearer traction speed on its dynamic characteristics, using the three-axis force of pick as the description of cutting incentive of shearer pick, Hertz contact theory was used to describe shearer's smooth boot brace stiffness and damping. Nonlinear model of meshing gear with the clearance was used to describe brace stiffness and damping of shearer guide boot and the pin rows. 7-DOF dynamic model of shearer was established according to Lagrange's equations. Vibration characteristics of shearer under different traction speed was solved by numerical methods. The results show that the increasing of speed have great influence on the vibration displacement of back-end drum, have little effect on the fuselage, and have significant influence on Y axis vibration angle of the fuselage. © 2017, Editorial Department of JOURNAL OF MECHANICAL STRENGTH. To solve the fatigue break phenomenon on the middle part of sliding framework of coal planer happened during the working process, the 3-DOF crash dynamic model of plough was established based on the Winkler model by combining theory and experiment together. Test criterion of contact-impact between plow head and sliding framework was established by the collision detection method of the arithmetic of the distance between a point and a line. The maximum impact forces of plow head and sliding framework on each point were obtained by numerical methods, and were used as the load of fatigue test. The fatigue test of middle trough sliding framework was executed. Fatigue life of sliding framework was obtained. The results showed that initial crack appeared at the forepart of standing plate when sliding framework was under the maximum impact force and the failure point tended to appear at the bottom of standing plate when static strength became invalid. The results provide theoretical basis for the improvement of fatigue strength of sliding framework.

To research the dynamic character of plough under oblique cut conditions, the cutting coal wall depth of planing tool and the condition of participate in cutting were derived. The dynamic model of plough was established by finite elem ent method. The numerical simulation analysis of dynamic character of plough was executed. velocity and tension fluctuation curve of plow head and chains were obtained. Take feeding velocity and middle trough swing angle as design variables, and take minimal unit energy consumption and minimal load fluctuation rate as objective function. The Optimal design was executed by the method of multi-population genetic algorithm. The results are obtained that the optimal feeding velocity is 1.2 m/s, and middle trough optimal swing angle are 1°, 1°, 0.7°. To study the coal drop characteristic of shearer drum under different operating conditions, using the MG500/1180-WD shearer model as a research object, the EDEM discrete element simulation software was used to establish a three-dimensional simulation model. With the consideration of the effect of the factors, such as coal fragmentation and the roof pressure on the performance of shearer cutting, the dynamic process of shearer cutting was investigated. Using single factor test, the particle's trajectory during the cutting process was analyzed. Under different cutting depths and rotational speeds, the impact of shearer coal loading rate, drum loads and the average velocity curve of particles within the drum envelope range were analyzed. The results show that the coal loading rate of shearer increases with the speed first and then decreases, and increases with the cutting depth; three directions loads of drum decrease with drum speed increases and increase with the cutting depth increases; and the cutting rate energy consumption increases with speed and cutting depth increases. Low speed and large cutting depth of drum may increase the rate of shearer coaling. In order to improve the shearer cutting efficiency and reduce consumption, with the same level of shearer coaling rate, the cutting depth can properly be reduced. For the study of coal winning machine end plate load characteristic of cutting pick, with MG500 type coal winning machine roller as the research object, USES the nonlinear dynamics simulation software ls-dyna screw drum of shearer and the finite element model of coal and rock was cut, the model was used to study the working condition of oblique bottom plate and mechanical characteristics of cutting pick load characteristics changing with the installation parameters. Research shows that: the oblique cut into the cutting process, the end plate cutting pick cutting resistance and cutting resistance moment with end plate cutter tooth circumferential tangential decreases with the increasing of the installation Angle, with the side plate cutter pick intercept increases; The eigenvalues of the drum cutting resistance moment with the increase of the circumferential tangential installation Angle of the decreasing trend with the slow, along with the increase of intercept its increasing trend also increases; For the roller with good cutting performance, end plate cutter tooth appropriate chooses the larger circumferential tangential installation Angle and low intercept. © 2017, Editorial Department of JOURNAL OF MECHANICAL STRENGTH. Mine mechanical system is a technology complex, it has widely distributed equipment and then there are inspection management difficulties. The system adopts advanced gigabit loop ethernet communication technology, uses Siemens programmable controller PLC and PC configuration software as the developing platform, collects the testing parameters of the compressors through the field detecting element, analysis and real-time feedback. Use remote monitoring and early-warning system and SQL Server database system CLIPS expert system tool to establish the corresponding fault diagnosis rules. The results showed that Mining Machinery early warning system remote monitoring and fault diagnosis technology is feasible and it is effective to reduce the failure rate of the air compressor system and it ensures safety in coal mines.

Through the analysis of the motion and the stress of coal particles of the coal auger, the mathematical model of the confined transportation of the coal auger was established by using CFD software. The influence law of the pressure difference, medium rheological parameters, and geometrical structure parameters on the conveying efficiency was studied. The results indicate that the differential pressure between entry and exit determines the driving mode of coal particles; the conveying efficiency raises with the increase of the differential pressure between entry and exit; the differential pressure between entry and exit raises with the increase of the ratio between the pitch and the internal classic, and the torque decreases with the increase of the ratio between the pitch and the internal classic.

By combining the reliability-based optimization design theory, the reliability sensitivity technique and the robust design method, the reliability-based robust design for the kinematic accuracy of the plow chain with arbitrary distribution parameters was discussed extensively. Subsequently, a numerical method for reliability-based robust design was proposed. Under the condition that the first four moments of basic random parameters are available, NSGA-II algorithm computer programs based on this model can be used to complete the reliability-based robust design for kinematic accuracy of plow chain accurately and quickly. Based on the proposed models, an example shows that the proposed method is practical and effective.

In order to study the fatigue life of plow bit under different planning parameters, the process of plow bit cutting coal seam is simulated based on a solid model. The variation of the stress in the joint between the blade and carbide head is obtained by simulating the planning process with different planning parameters of the weak joint (cutting angle, plow thickness and plow spacing). The fatigue life of the plow bit is predicted using the improved rain-flow method and the Miner linear accumulated fatigue damage model. According to the experiment on plow bit life, the stress amplitude and accumulated damage in one stroke are the least at the cutting angle of 80°, with the number of working strokes and working hours of a damaged plow bit reaching the maximum. The thicker the plow bit is, the larger is the resistance and higher is the damage. In addition, a smaller plow spacing implies a better planning ability and a smaller damage. The experimental data are consistent with the results of the theoretical analysis. © 2014 Springer Science+Business Media New York.

In view of the social phenomenon of people's generally low satisfaction with food safety, we introduced the QFD method to make evaluation and guidance for improvement. Based on scientific and reasonable evaluation index system of food safety satisfaction and the "quality house" of QFD core tool, a food safety satisfaction evaluation model was constructed. On the basis of the evaluation results, we analyzed the public food safety requirements and constructed the quality house between the public food safety requirements and the food safety satisfaction improvement measures, so as to determine the priority of configuration sequence of improvement measures. © Maxwell Scientific Organization, 2015.
