Applied in the construction of Wuhan railway station of the Wuhan-Guangzhou high-speed railway, the super-lightweight aggregate pumping concrete has been developed by the independent study on the tackifier, the substitute of lightweight aggregate for sand and tackifier for sand. Solving several problems such as hard control of slump, floating of the lightweight aggregate and difficulty of pumping that is to get the super-lightweight aggregate pumping concrete. The LC10 concrete that is used in the project with dry apparent density of only 1160 kg/m3, belongs to 1200# light-aggregate concrete, and has the minimum dry apparent density domestically and internationally engineering lightweight aggregate pumping concrete. The amount of the concrete used in this project reaches 5800 m3, and is the most for the same project at home and abroad. Research results and the successful application of engineering are of significant importance for the application of these materials in construction projects. © 2013 by Binary Information Press.

The implementation of digital video monitoring based on internet has been rapidly applied and developed video monitoring technology. This technology provides a long-distance real-time monitoring in a simple, realistic and safe way, and it also can lay a solid foundation for the video monitoring in all levels of works. In this paper, the present status and development of video monitoring technology are introduced and shown to illustrate how to use this technology via Internet to realize remote real-time monitoring the construction projects on the site located in long-distance and different places. It has proven that the application of this monitoring technology is not only feasible but also effective and reliable. ©2010 IEEE.

China Central Television (CCTV) new site construction project had high technological content, advanced and well-functioning system. China Construction Third Engineering Bureau, as one of the construction companies in this project, introduced an advance concept and software of the project management. With the help of information technology means and combined with the characteristics of the project, the company implemented the overall control and management of quality, cost, schedule and other elements of the project. In this project, Program Management of P3EPC module in the project was well used. At the same the other information management systems were applied as well such as reinforced software, budgeting software, financial NC Management Systems, X2steel deepened steel design software, ANSYS, and SAP2000 structural analysis. With whole advanced information technology, the project management had achieved to operate a modern, efficient operation management system. © 2011 IEEE.

To attain vertical deformation rules for a super high-rise building during the construction and to set up a practical construction simulation method and technology of pre-deformation controlling, the construction full-process analysis of three typical high-rise buildings over 400m high in China were made. The discrete analysis method of a time-varying structure, the age-adjusted effective modulus method, the element birth and dead and technology of stepwise loading were used simultaneously to carry out the simulation of time-varying material, time-varying geometry parameters, time-varying loading and boundary conditions, a systematic technology of simulation of construction process for a super high-rise building was exploited, and the vertical deformation rules were obtained. Furthermore, a pre-deformation analysis method for a super high-rise building was achieved with deformation compensation stepwise. The total vertical displacement and relative deformation between core tube and steel frame were made as the controlling target in the method, which could give vertical pre-deformation values and provide a theoretical support for construction deformation controlling of super high-rise buildings.
