The paper discusses mule spinning production technology of the high count pure rabbit hair knitted yam. Around the shortcomings of the rabbit hair which is poor cohesion force, poor cluster and low strength, it analyses the key technology of each process technical principle and determination principle. Respectively introduces the oil emulsion formula of strong adsorption and coherence, the carding process for less fiber free, prevent fall, prevent fly, prevent fiber fracture, prevent web broken, prevent sliver broken, and the mule spinning process for prevent fiber slippage, reduce yam broken, improve yam evenness. It puts forward at the same time, in view of the rabbit hair fiber characteristics, gives full play to existing mule spinning equipment technical capabilities, configuration reasonable production process, can be spun out of pure rabbit hair yarn, specifications and quality to meet the requirements, and to build with Chinese characteristics of the rabbit wool textiles.

The paper discusses the recombing technology for high count worsted yarn containing carbon black conductive fiber. Around with superfine wool as the main body, including a tiny proportion of carbon black conductive fiber, and smaller than column of fine denier polyester fibrillation of tencel extremely easily with the raw material mix of requirements, it analyzed the recombing process settings, combing equipment selection, mix design method and main process of each process technical principle and determine. It introduced the technological measures of the improving raw materials mixing uniformity, and oil formula distribution uniformity, reducing neps of gilling, noil of combing and control for the sliver weight. The same time, it can speed up the application development for carbon black conductive fiber in the field of textile, has important practical significance.

Comparing with cashmere, fine wool, rabbit fluff and soybean protein fiber have the advantages of wide source, low price and potential imitation for cashmere. In order to achieve profoundly imitation of cashmere, a mathematics model for the above three raw material proportions was established. There are some property parameters, such as moisture regain, initial modulus, crimp elasticity recovery ratio, heat conductivity, resistance ratio, friction factor, density and diameter, which affect the product style directly. Based on the analyses of imitation feasibility, the above eight property parameters are classified into two kinds, one is for imitation, and another is for check up. Then group the imitation parameters two by two with the permutation and combination theory, take the two parameters as first selected imitation parameters, obtain the raw material proportion, which can meet the request of relative two property parameters for cashmere with the raw material proportions mathematics model. Finally, seven available schemes were obtained. Among the seven available schemes, the best two realized the aim of profoundly imitation with accumulated error as low as 6. 09% and 8. 48% respectively.
