Deepening the study of Shakespearean tragedy "Macbeth" is conducive to further improve China's research on Shakespeare. And through the study of Western literary and artistic creation techniques, forms of expression and other ways to promote the development of domestic literary creation. This paper first summarizes the multiangle research literature of domestic scholars on the Shakespearean tragedy "Macbeth", and then summarizes communication process and methods of the play in China, including modern drama, old-style poetry, literary criticism and translation and other forms. Finally, from the contrast between Chinese and Western culture and the influence of Shakespearean tragedy "Macbeth" on Chinese culture, this paper explores the relationship between the drama and Chinese culture.

For the problem of the lack of encoding, critical value difficult to determine and faults at the same time difficult to distinguish in the three-ratio method caused by the fuzzy relationship between transformer feature and fault types, a fault diagnosis method for power transformer based on optimizing characteristics and the fuzzy theory is proposed. Each fault data in the measurement-space is transformed to Hilbert space through the Gaussian kernel function firstly. Then, the method of PCA is used to extract fault features, which is regarded as the most effective features. Membership functions describing the fault character is built, and the type of fault can be identified according to the maximum membership degree. Feature subspace not only contains the information of fault characters from measurement space, but also generates the new characters as the ability of the kernel theory. Thus, the clear relation between fault characteristics and fault type is built. Example analysis shows that this method can make up for the inadequacy of three-ratio method. Similarities between fault data and its own fault and differences between fault data and not its own fault can be observed. When faults occur at the same time, the method can help the worker. © 2016, Power System Protection and Control Press. All right reserved.

Liuwei Dihaung decoction (LWDHT) is a well-known classic traditional Chinese medicine formula, consists of six herbs including Rehmannia glutinosa Libosch.(family: Scrophulariaceae), Cornus officinalis Sieb.(family: Cornaceae), Dioscorea opposite Thunb.(family: Dioscoreaceae), Alisma orientale(G. Samuelsson) Juz (family: Alismataceae), Poria cocos (Schw.) Wolf (family: Polyporaceae) and Paeonia suffruticosa Andrews (family: Paeoniaceae). It has been used in the treatment of many types of diseases with signs of deficiency of Yin in the kidneys in China clinically. This study is aimed at investigating the effect of Liuwei dihuang decoction on PI3K/Akt signaling pathway in liver of T2DM rats with insulin resistance.T2DM model was induced in male Sprague-Dawley (SD) rats by high sugar and high fat diets combined with small dose of streptozocin (STZ) injection. The successful T2DM rats were randomly allocated three group--vehicle group, positive control group and Liuwei Dihuang decoction group. After 12-weeks treatment with distilled water, rosiglitazone and LWDHT by intragastric administration respectively, the rats were put to death in batches. The variance of fasting blood glucose (FBG) and fasting insulin (FINS) in serum were determined, the pathological changes of each rats liver were observed by hematoxylin-eosin (HE) staining, the expression of insulin receptor substrate 2(IRS2), phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase (PI3K) and protein kinas B (Akt) involving the canonical PI3K/Akt signaling pathway were detected by Real-time fluorescent quantitative PCR (RT-PCR), and the expression level of IRS2, PI3K, Akt protein and phosphorylated IRS2, PI3K, Akt protein were evaluated by Western Blot. All the data were analyzed by SPSS 17.0.Four weeks of treatment with LWDHT could significantly decrease the level of FBG and FINS in serum, improve the cellular morphology of liver, kidney, pancreas tissue, and the expression of IRS2, PI3K, Akt mRNA and phosphorylated IRS2, PI3K, Akt protein involved in the canonical PI3K/Akt signaling pathway of T2DM rats in liver were significantly up-regulated, while the total IRS2, PI3K, and Akt protein had no obvious changes.The results suggest that Liuwei Dihuang decoction could intervene insulin resistance of T2DM, in part, through regulation of canonical PI3K/Akt signaling pathway of T2DM rats in liver.

The purpose of this study was to determine whether there are dialectal and gender related differences in nasalance of main Mandarin vowels and three sentences in 400 Chinese normal adults. The mean nasalance score difference for dialect and gender was significant (p < .001) in all speech materials. For different dialects, the average nasalance scores show that Chongqing > Beijing > Shanghai > Guangzhou for the nasal sentence, oro-nasal sentence, /a/, /i/ and /u/. In addition, the average nasalance scores of females were higher than those of males for all speech materials in all dialects. The clinical significance of this study can be helpful in making nasalance clinical decisions for Chinese people with cleft palate, hearing disorders and dysarthria with resonance disorders. It also shows the theoretical and socio-cultural features for linguists considering dialects and gender.

Human Error Probability (HEP) point estimation is important for Probabilistic Safety Assessment (PSA) of socio-technical systems. We present a modified basic method of CREAM to provide the point estimation of HEP for PSA. Five acknowledged assumptions are introduced firstly and the HEP point estimation formula is elicited based on them. Furthermore, the reasonability of the method is discussed and the consistency with other two benchmarking HRA methods, THERP and HEART is validated. Finally, a simple example about starting up the submarines engine is introduced and the probability of the error forgetting the warm operation is calculated using the modified method. The result of the method is consistent with the recorded human performance data and THERP. © 2011 Elsevier Ltd. All rights reserved.

Tiny OS Beaconing routing protocol is widely used in Wireless Sensor Network (WSN), but it can easily cause the network to fail because some important nodes use up their energy too fast. The present paper suggests an improved Tiny OS Beaconing routing protocol by adding max sub-node, layer control and route maintaining so as to highly prolong the survival time of the WSN, and make the network more reliable. © (2011) Trans Tech Publications.

Key phrase consisting of several words is viewed as the phrase that represent the topic and the content of the whole text. Extracting key phrase is a good way to detect hot topics and tracking topics from news report. In this paper, a two-step key phrase extraction method based on TF*PDF is proposed. In the first step, the position-weighted TF*PDF algorithm is proposed to obtain candidate hot term list and the bursty value of term is used to filter the noise in the list. In the second step, a phrase identification process combines hot terms into phrases using position information, frequency information etc. At last the position-weighted TF*PDF algorithm are also used to weight the phrase, and the top k phrases are chosen as hot key phrases. The experiments on the real web data indicate that our extraction method provides solutions with improved quality. © 2011 IEEE.

Recent literature concerning the regulation and mechanism of the miRNAs in the bone and cartilage tissue was extensively reviewed, summarized, and analyzed. Recently miRNAs is a hot topic in the bone and cartilage tissue. More and more materials show its important regulatory role in osteogenesis and cartilage growth and regeneration, but the definite mechanisms have not been clear yet. The study on miRNAs of bone and cartilage tissue can provide a new access to understanding the degenerative osteoarthritic diseases.
