Gas leakage at the casing head appears after acidification (fracturing) operation in natural gas wells, and the conventional approach has deficiencies of many procedures, workload and the risk of blowout out of control. Through the technical exploration, a rectification method to gas leakage problem from casing head under the situation of without lifting pipe string in a super high yield gas well has been tested successfully. The key technique of this method is that using bottom to bear the weight of the redundant pipe string beyond of set force, achieves effectively setting of the P-T packer in the near vicinity of well head coupled at the upper end of original string pipe, which provides a good security for the rectification of casing head leakage problems. ©, 2015, Well Testing. During the oil test and work-over in Changqing oilfield, the BJ-18 derrick is widespread used, the foundation of it is fixed or active, derrick leg is on the base center line. Due to derrick to the ground of the vertical with a small angle after mast derrick were installed, so a rotational torque were generated on the foundation, which tends to create the foundation tilted back and forth, there is a big security risk, and it will also affect the production process. The design of new type of activity foundation of BJ-18 oil test derrick has changed the stress of the foundation, so the tilt of foundation can be avoided, and the field test has been successful. This technology has been used in more than 150 oil horizontal wells from 2012 to 2013, and application effect of it is significant. Source
