In this paper, we consider a single BaF molecule driven by an external field. When the symmetry is broken, the states of the BaF molecule demonstrate the permanent dipole moments. An external laser field to excite BaF molecule transition from its ground state to its excited state, and a radio frequency field couple with the permanent dipole moment of the BaF. The first order and second order cumulants of the emission photons and the waiting time distribution are studied via the recently developed generating function approach, which is very convenient to study the counting statistics and the corresponding probability distributions. The results demonstrate that the radio frequency field could help the BaF molecule to absorb photons from the driving field. The second and third order waiting time distributions oscillate with the evolution time, which reflects the states oscillating with the external radio frequency field. © 2016, Chinese Physical Society.

The electronic properties of Bi 2MO 6 (M=Mo and W) are studied by using the first-principles calculations. It is attributed to its smaller electron effective mass that Bi 2WO 6 has higher photocatalytic activity than Bi 2MoO 6. The oxygen vacancy in Bi 2MO 6 serves as a trapping center of photogenerated electrons and thus is in favor of the photocatalytic efficiency. Nitrogen-doping induces localized structure distortion and thus improves the separation of photogenerated electron-hole pairs. Moreover, band gaps decrease obviously with doping concentration increasing, therefore the photoabsorption edges will give rise to a redshift in Bi 2MO 6. © 2012 Elsevier Inc. © 2012 Elsevier Inc. To understand the photocatalytic activity of Bi2WO6 for water splitting, the electronic structures of N- and Mo-monodoped and N/Mo-codoped Bi2WO6 are investigated based on first-principles calculations. Our results indicate that the band gap of N/Mo-codoped Bi2WO6 reduces by 0.19 eV and the smaller driving force is required for the water-splitting oxidation process. The calculated binding energy of the defect pairs shows that N/Mo-codoping in Bi2WO6 is more feasible than mono-doping, indicating N/Mo-codoped Bi2WO6 is a potential candidate for the photocatalytic water splitting. © 2011 Elsevier B.V. Formation energies, transition energy levels, and electronic properties of various intrinsic defects in BiNbO 4 systems are studied based on the first-principles density-functional theory. Our results indicate that the acceptor defects form easier than donor defects under O rich condition, while it is opposite under Bi rich condition. Under O-rich condition, Bi vacancies (Bi vac) leading to p-type conductivity are the dominant intrinsic defects, whereas O vacancies (O vac) inducing moderate n-type conductivity are the dominant intrinsic defects under Bi-rich condition. Among these intrinsic defects, O vac is a deep donor; to the contrary, Bi vac is found to be a shallow acceptor which is benefit to the separation and migration of the photogenerated carriers. Consequently, the BiNbO 4 with Bi vac under O-rich growth condition should be of better photocatalytic performance. © 2012 American Institute of Physics.

Game teaching can promote children's cognitive development, emotional development and social participation. This paper bases its analysis on features digital learning English games and feasibility of such games in English game teaching, and proposes an iPad-based twodimensional target system for game teaching, and layout for teaching plan and teaching practice. English game teaching in Grade 3 is taken as an example where setting deployment, resource synchronization, skill training and class application are described in detail aided with case study. Finally, application effect and common problems are identified to provide reference for further study.
