Review and make bulk analysis of the sample rapeseeds extraction oil fatty acid composition data from 2011 to 2013. Analyze rapeseed oil fatty acid composition data in recent year's detection by our quality testing center. After rapeseed oil being mixed with soybean oil, the differences between the gas chromatography methods detect to vegetable fats qualitative test method have been study. The results have recorded the accumulated data from routine work and annual rapeseed census 2011 to 2013. From the data analysis we find that rapeseed fatty acid composition features as 1:C22:1 and C18:1 content high degree of linear correlation; correlation analysis revealed that there was a positive correlation between C22:1 and C18:1. With C22:1 to C18:1 mapping, we have got the linear equation as Y=-1.112 02X+64.536 83, correlation coefficient R=-0.988 1, P<0.001, where were significant differences (P<0.000 1). Features 2:92.39% normal rapeseed C16:0 values do not exceed 4.5%. Features 3:C18:2 in the range of 11.8%~20.3%. These three features can effectively reduce adulteration detection limit compared to GB/T 5539-2008 4.7 and GB/T 1536-2004 methods.
