Sarcomas are rare tumors that are less than 1% of malignant tumors. In chest wall, these neoplasms occur 50% of primary tumors, are aggressive neoplasms that requires multimodal treatment, surgery and radiotherapy are standard treatments, chemotherapy is indicated as neoadjuvant management in inoperable tumors or metastatic disease. We report the case of 27 years old woman, with fibrosarcoma of the chest wall, who underwent wide resection and upper lobectomy left lung, immediate reconstruction with "sandwich" prosthesis with polypropylene mesh and methyl-methacrylate, plus adjuvant radiotherapy; two years follow-up without evidence of disease activity. 1665-9201 © 2014 Gaceta Mexicana de Oncología.
