Objective: To observe the effects of sufentanil and fentanyl on the recovery quality after general anaesthesia, which was conducted on patients with Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy (LC). Methods: 68 patients aged 45 or above, ASA grade I-II, patients underwent elective laparoscopic cholecystectomy were randomly divided into sufentanil group (group S) and fentanyl group (R group). The postoperative pain, nausea, vomiting, recovery of daily activities and the satisfaction for the hospital were recorded. Verbal Rating Scale (VRS) was used to rate every index after surgery. Results: Compared with group S. The VRS at 10 min, 20 min, 30 min were elevated in group R (P<0.01). Postoperative pain, nausea and vomiting after hl VRS score two groups had no significant difference (p>0.05), postoperative recovery time daily activities there was no significant difference between the two groups (p>0.05), the patient to the hospital, the satisfaction survey in addition to the satisfaction of postoperative analgesia between the two groups have statistical difference (p<0.05), the other had no significant difference (p>0.05). Conclusion: Sufentanil and fentanyl could be safely used for the elderly, and as for postoperative analgesia effect of sufentanil is superior to fentanyl 1 hour after LC. © 2017, Scientific Publishers of India. Background Previous literatures on quality of life (QoL) in bipolar disorder (BD) strongly suggested that a disease-specific QoL measure for patients with BD should be developed to evaluate QoL more specifically and reliably. To our knowledge, "Quality of Life in Bipolar Disorder" (QoL.BD) is the first and only questionnaire produced to specifically measure QoL in people with BD. In China, there is no disease-targeted measure available to specifically measure QoL in Chinese patients with BD. Objective The aim of the study is to revise and validate the brief version of the QoL.BD (Bref QoL.BD) into Chinese version. Methods All the items of the Bref QoL.BD was translated into Chinese language, using the Brislin translation mode. The questionnaire was administered to a total sample of 231 subjects, including 101 BD patients and 130 healthy controls, to test the psychometric properties of Bref QoL.BD (e.g. internal consistency, retest reliability, content validity, item analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, criterion validity, convergent validity, discriminative validity and feasibility). Results The Chinese version of the Bref QoL.BD had very high internal consistency (Cronbach's alpha=0.815) and retest reliability (intraclass correlation coefficient (ICC)=0.808). Confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) validated the original one-factor structure. The direction and magnitude of correlations with 36-item Short-Form Health Survey (SF-36; rs= 0.313, P<0.001) and 17-Hamilton Depression Rating Scale(HAMD; rs=-0.328, P <0.001) suggesting the criterion validity and convergent validity, respectively. The scores of Bref QoL.BD in subsyndromic BD group (HDRS≥4 and BRMS≥3), asymptomatic BD group (HDRS≤3 and BRMS≤2) and the control group significantly decreased successively, suggesting a discriminative validity of the instrument. Limitations Cross-sectional design and a small sample size from only one tertiary care center. And BD patients enrolled were euthymic, excluding the acute BD patients. Conclusions The Chinese version of the Bref QoL.BD is a feasible, reliable and valid tool for the assessment of QoL for Chinese BD patients. © 2016 Published by Elsevier B.V.

Inner Mongolia Jindouzi lead-zinc polymetallic ore deposit was newly discovered in recent years, Acid to neutral magmatic rocks were distributed in the studied area, the genesis of ore deposit was complex. Comprehensive study of rock mass, and the amount of main ore body of surrounding rock, the characteristics of trace and rare earth elements, found out the area of the basic causes of magmatic rock, forming environment and analysis of ore deposit metallogenic material source. © 2015 CAFET-INNOVA TECHNICAL SOCIETY. In order to study variation the law of deep displacement and internal force of supporting structure on high rock slope, by multi-sensor, GPRS, Data warehouse technology and Data Mining to set up automated monitoring system. First achieved seamless integration of heterogeneous platforms by scripts interfaces, so that data from different types of sensors could be centralized operation and analysis, and then set up a data warehouse and transmitted data from multi-sensors by GPRS to computer terminals in storage, then proceeded to make cluster analysis and evolution analysis on heterogeneous data by data mining. Finally, by a case study of oil and gas pipeline from Myanmar to China crossing Lancang River project, set data warehouse based on relational database, and by ADF application framework,. Net platform and component software development method based CBSD developed various subsystems. © 2015 CAFET-INNOVA TECHNICAL SOCIETY. All rights reserved.
