Nickel free high nitrogen austenitic stainless steel has bio-friendly characteristics can be widely used in the products direct contacting with the skin, because it doesn't contain nickel which may make people allergic. The thesis discussed that bio-friendly nickel free high-nitrogen austenitic stainless steel was produced by introducing nitrogen to replace nickel in stainless steel. The article studied the procession technology of watch appearance part, which was made of nickel free high nitrogen austenitic stainless steel, including parts forming, cutting machining and surface treatment, etc; optimization of cutting parameter narrowed the gap of procession technology between Nickel free high nitrogen austenitic stainless steel and conventional austenitic stainless steel for watch, Bio-Steel watch was produced for the first time.

A mathematical model of pulverized coal combustion based on the reaction kinetics is developed to describe the transport phenomena in the raceway. The model integrates pulverized coal combustion in the raceway and coke combustion in the coke bed. The distribution of flow, gas composition and pulverized coal combustion are taken into account. The results show that the gas flow forms a recirculation in the raceway and the flow tendency of coal particle is concomitant with the mainstream of flow. The change of gas component is that CO2 content increases firstly and then decreases, CO content continues to increase. At the blowing of oxygen-enriched, the position at which the maximum consumption of fixed carbon is shifted toward tuyere lance. Meanwhile the final CO content increases remarkable.
