BACKGROUND: Several studies have indicated an increased risk of breast cancer (BC) among female flight attendants (FFAs); however, the results from epidemiological studies were not consistent. We thus conducted an updated meta-analysis to re-assess the risk of BC among FFAs, according to the MOOSE guideline.METHODS: A systematical search of PubMed and Embase for relevant observational studies up to March 2016 was performed, supplemented by manual reviews of bibliographies in relevant studies. A random effect model was conducted to calculate the combined standard incidence ratio (SIR) and 95% confidence interval (95% CI) in BC risk.RESULTS: Of the 719 citations retrieved, 10 were included, with more than 31 679 participants and 821 new cases. The combined SIR (95% CI) for BC in FFAs was 1.40 (95%CI 1.30-1.50), with no significant heterogeneity (P = 0.744; I(2 )=( )0.0%) or publication bias (Begg's test: z = 0.72, P = 0.474; Egger's test: t = 0.25, P = 0.805) among the included studies. The results were not significantly modified by publication year, geographic area, study quality or whether the fertility variables were adjusted.CONCLUSIONS: Our meta-analysis suggests that FFAs have a higher risk of BC compared with the general population. More vigorous studies with larger sample sizes based on other populations, including the Chinese, are needed. © International Society of Travel Medicine, 2016. Published by Oxford University Press. This project is a research of wind speed measurement system, with a high-precision, low-power, whose control core uses the Samsung S3C2410 32-bit microprocessor with high performance, low power consumption. The system adopts the LCD, and can display the current value of wind speed and wind direction which can be transmitted by ZigBee. The system can set up two limit of wind speed corresponding to two alarms, two relay outputs, and any configuration. The system has simple operation, eye-catching display, reliable performance, and can be widely used in meteorology, civil aviation, highway, construction, energy and other industries.

When the diesel hydrotreating unit in SINOPEC Cangzhou Petrochemical Company with a capacity of 1.6 million tons per year began to be fed with high-chlorine feedstocks in June 2013, the HP heat exchanger E101A/B suffered from ammonium salt crystallization, resulting in a decline of heat exchanger efficiency, increase of system pressure drop, reduction of recycle hydrogen, recycle hydrogen compressor surge and increase of unit energy consumption, which affected the normal operation of the unit. Through the analysis of the causes of ammonium salt crystallization and associated hazards, effective measures were recommended such as strengthening the monitoring of chlorine ons in feedstock, controlling the chlorine ions in reformer hydrogen to less than 2 ppm, the overhead temperature of atmosopheric tower at no lower than 120 °C and the temperature of reactor product to hot high-pressure separator within 210 ~220 °C, elevating reactor inlet temperature, elevating hydrogen to oil ratio to 550 ~ 600, increasing the water injection points, controlling total water injection amount and raising water injection temperature, etc. After implementation of these measures, the heat exchanger efficiency of the heat exchanger E101A/B was improved, the pressure drop of the system and heat exchanger was lowered, the normal operation of the unit is ensured and the improvement result is obvious.

Local materials was used as raw materials in the test. Test methods are standard test methods. It compared the use of fly ash alone or lithium hydroxide used alone inhibited the effect of alkali-silica reaction, and to a certain percentage of fly ash and lithium hydroxide complex joint effect of inhibiting alkali-silica reaction in the test. The results showed that compound admixtures overcome the shortcomings of the use of fly ash alone or lithium hydroxide inhibition of alkali-silica reaction. Mixed cobalt and titanium oxides with different mole ratio of cobalt to titanium were prepared by hydrothermal method at different calcination temperature, and were characterized by means of XRD, SEM, HRTEM and XPS. The HRTEM result indicated heterojunction structure of the products. The photocatalysis of the products in the photodegradation of methylene blue under visible light irradiation was investigated. Under the conditions of the molar ratio of cobalt to titanium of 2:3 and calcination temperature of 400℃, the prepared sample had the highest degradation rate (65%) for methylene blue. © 2016, SINOPEC Beijing Research Institute of Chemical Industry. Ni-Fe layered double hydroxide membranes (NiFe-LDH/SSF) were fabricated on the surface of stainless steel sintered felt with stainless steel as basis material, urea as precipitant and nickel nitrate as nickel source by in situ hydrothermal method and then multi-porous composite metal membranes (NiFe/SSF) were obtained through the reduction of NiFe-LDH/SSF with hydrogen. These prepared membranes were characterized by means of XRD and SEM. The porosity, pure water flux and fi ltration accuracy of NiFe/SSF prepared through in the situ hydrothermal treatment at 90℃ for 48 h were 45.82%, 5743 L/(m2·min·MPa) and 0.324 μm, respectively. The removal ratio of solid impurities in coking desulfurization wastewater reached more than 99.99% when NiFe/SSF was used. © 2016, SINOPEC Beijing Research Institute of Chemical Industry. The ELM has been proved to have good generalization performance and fast training speed in both theory and application. However, it tends to majority class and neglects minority class when dealing with imbalanced data. The Ensemble learning of data resampling can improve the ELM classification accuracy of a few classes. We propose a class resampling technique and advance an ELM ensemble learning method which can make use of the information of few class samples. Experimental results show that the proposed method is better than the single ELM learning model. Because resampling is one of the most core technologies of large data processing, the method provides the help for the establishment of the learning model of the imbalanced data. © 2015 IEEE.
