Intelligence transportation system is a new kind of information, intelligence and socialization modern transportation system. Cloud computing is a shared data infrastructure method emerged in recent years, which is able to combine the large procedure pool and the data pool to provide a variety of IT application services. The intelligent transportation systems using cloud calculation technology, on the one hand, can integrate multiple heterogeneous, distributed data sources; on the other hand it is formed by multiple server clusters, providing the basic framework of storage, transmission, processing, integration of massive data. It is essential for college students to improve their IT attainment by learning basis of computer engineering, whose practical teaching has a direct effect on college students' abilities of computer application. Therefore the teachers should pay more attention to both practical teaching of college computer engineering and students' practical ability. While Blended Learning Model, developed on the basis of online education, not only combines advantages of traditional teaching and web-based instruction , but also offers new method of teaching reform and is very suitable for practical teaching of basis of computer engineering. On the basis of the concept of right-shell-tree and left-shell-tree, a fast convex hull algorithm for scattered points based on a binary tree is put forward. It can dynamically reduce the scale of scattered point rapidly by removing a number of non-convex hull vertexes while finding each convex hull vertex. Normally, it can achieve linear time complexity. The algorithm obviates the judging process of the convex hull vertices' connected relation. It is applicable to any complex scattered points, and simple and easy to achieve. © 2012 IEEE.

This paper presents the principle of pulse width modulation based on voltage space. Two methods of SVPWM is achieved by DSP-TMS320F240 made by IT company. The experiment shows that the high performance of TMS320F240 allows real-time execution of SVPWM control algorithms with high speed and accuracy, and the two realization of SVPWM have their own character. © 2012 IEEE.

Cloud storage is a new type of concept of digital information storage. In view of its advantages in distributed storage, collaborative storage, dynamic allocation storage space, smooth migration and backup, on the basis of the introduction of related concepts and unique advantages of cloud storage, the present essay introduced cloud storage into the data bank of plane design materials, and constructed a scheme of cloud storage of the data bank of the plane design materials from the three aspects of system structure, topological structure and function module. © (2013) Trans Tech Publications, Switzerland.
