Severe corrosion was found on structures and spud leg of "Hai Yang Shi You 931" jack-up drilling unit according to the data of inspection. Some analysis and corrective action was required for Cathodic Protection system. The reason was concluded according to the environmental condition, service life, coating surface area, coating breakdown area, protection surface area and chemical test of anode etc. The electrochemical reaction was rapid suppressed and lost its due utility with the anode was covered by "Sacrifice" product and marine growth. Near the waterline, the oxygen strong bad battery effect was easy to form, and the chance and degree of corrosion occurrence was increased on spud leg. © (2014) Trans Tech Publications, Switzerland.

More broken wires was found in No.3 mooring line of "Hai Yang Shi You115"FPSO by the underwater detection. Through the chemical composition analysis, mechanical property testing, fracture analysis, metallographic examination methods, the reason of the broken wire are obtained. The results show that the material of mooring line steel cable mechanical performance is general up to the design spcifications. The broken wire fracture is relatively serious wear and all the sent samples of the present wear trace shape is consistent. It should be the same kind of wear the way by damage and reduced the steel wire tensile strength, lead to fracture. © (2014) Trans Tech Publications, Switzerland.

English Morphological Analysis (MA) and Part-of-Speech (POS) tagging are key task in natural language processing (NLP) and computational linguistics. This research and application are of great theoretical and practical significance. English Morphological Analysis (MA), Part-of-Speech (POS) tagging and Phrase Dictionary Retrieval (PDR) are essential steps in the course of NLP. And they are difficult in NLP. Their results are decisive to the accuracy of next processing, such as information searching, information filtration. As separate problems of English, MA, POS, PDR can be considered independent with each other. In a practical research system, however, they are dependent: solution of the prior one forms the base for processing the next one. Considering different features of these problems in this thesis, after a comprehensive study, a divide-and-conqueror strategy is proposed and resolves them separately. First, a knowledge-based method is put forward for the solution of MA. The whole MA processing is completed by many subordinate functions dealing with different particular marks of English words. A strategy of combining the word length with statistic enumeration is developed to distinguish between the periods and abbreviations. ©2010 IEEE.

Static recrystallization behavior of hot deformed austenite for two kinds of low-carbon Nb-microalloyed steels was studied with compression test on Gleeble-3500 simulator. The two-pass compression test results show that the austenite static recrystallization is retarded by Nb. The effect of Nb on austenite static recrystallization tend to become more obvious with the longer pass interval. ©, 2014, Chinese Mechanical Engineering Society of Heat Treatment. It has enormous development with the wavelet theory applied to image edge detection for its well properties of multi-scale edge detection. The traditional wavelet algorithm has bad sensitive to direction properties that applied to analysis image edge detection, and it is the major disadvantage. So the traditional wavelet about this is improved and puts forward a kind of new wavelet transform algorithm used for image edge detection. Compared improved wavelet algorithm with traditional wavelet for edge detection, it shows that new wavelet transform is more suitable for image edge detection and the clearer detection result is obtained. Complete image edge as well as accurate positioning and can reserve better detail information. ©2010 IEEE.

Catalyzed by dibutyl tin dilaurate, a polyether type of epoxy resin E-51 modified waterborne polyurethane adhesive emulsion was prepared using 1, 4-butanediol as the small molecule chain extender, dimethylol propionic acid as ahydrophilie chain extender, trimethylolpropane as the crosslinking agent. The performance of modified waterborne polyurethane adhesive emulsion is optimum when the amount of dimethylol propionic acid was 10%, the content of trimethylolpropane and epoxy resin E-51 were 3% and 4%, respectively. E-51 modified waterborne polyurethane adhesive is provided with good water resistance and high tensile strength.

This paper focuses on professional CAD/CAPP/CAM integrated system development of numerical control lathe. At first, it analyzes various module feature, function and composition of CAD, CAPP and CAM. Then with Auto CAD software and Visual C++ it provides the solution to related function on CAPP and CAM. The next step is discussing the realization of CAD functional modules, and developing the interface program of DXF file. We analyze the fitting process of NURBS curve numerical control program, to propose characteristics matching rules by extracting axisymmetric body shape characteristics of 2-dimensional figures. The feature recognition is performed to provide data source for system integration. Finally, by manufacture example of classical rotational part, it describes the interface and work process of CAD integrated system and verifies the feasibility of system. © 2014 IEEE.

English test questions library based on computer technology and English test theories, is a collection of digital test question and test papers, to achieve the scientific and efficient management of test questions and test papers. For difficult problems in college English test questions library system construction, this paper studies the persistence design on English test questions library based on Hibernate. Firstly, research on Hibernate architecture, and through graphics to display; Then, test questions library structure design, including conceptual structure design and logical structure design; Next, the design rules of persistent classes and design examples; Finally, the Hibernate mapping files related elements are described, and carries on the example design. Line losses analysis and management of distribution networks is an important task for the system operation and planning. The conventional line losses calculation software needs enormous data input by means of hands and easily result in errors. Now it is not fit for market progress requirement. In this paper, line losses analysis and management system based on local area network (LAN) is proposed. The system not only can avoid enormous data input by hands, but also can compute losses on line. This new system operation environment is based on Windows, using Microsoft Foundation Class Library (MFC) as development platform, using ODB as database connection interface. It has been successfully applied by Liaoning Electric Power Corporation. © 2011 IEEE.
