By full use of prominent features of the pressure derivative being more sensitive than the pressure itself, through statistical analysis for the start time of the transition section and the radial flow section of the double logarithmic curve of pressure and its derivative and by utilizing the main stage features of them, combining with reservoir static and dynamic parameters closely, the right conclusions are made, principles and conditions of selecting fractured layer to low permeability reservoir are proposed.

Integrated knowledge in the field of oil and gas engineering, economics and software engineering and according to research in related fields at home and abroad, a model of intelligent systems is designed. Through computer program and with the iterative algorithm, the model calculates the optimal displacement of producing oil wells and oil testing wells, sending orders automatically to make gas inject with the best displacement and monitoring oil pressure at whole period. If the well achieves self-flowing, gas lift stops. if intermittent flowing appears, the intermittent gas lift is done and if not flowing, then the whole gas lift is done. The oil test by gas lift and intelligent control system for producing oil well has features of being automatic precision and control at the whole period, which has practical value to realize maximize efficiency and the lowest cost of the gas lift.

According to situation of down hole operation without drilling platform BOP , structure, principle and applied method of several BOP device is introduced in detail. Advantages and disadvantages of several blowout preventer device are analyzed by examples indicating the assembly C does not meet the on-site operation, and preventing method by multi-function devices BOP is recommended which has advantages of being convenient, safe and reliable, and saving time and labor.

During test process to Zegul4 well of Huabei oilfield, because of being abnormally large and irregular of well diameter at target bore hole section, straddle test of MFE and expansive test can not realize selected layer test. For this reason, the expansion packer with a high expansion rate, the design of special sleeve connected tools with the coiled tubing and nitrogen injection liquid discharge process are designed and a production test work is successfully completed which provides a reference function for later similar projects.

For the high clay content and gypsum, hydration and swelling of formation is hard to be inhibited in Block Haian located in Zhejiang oilfield. Based on the analysis of the formations characteristics, the high inhibitive polysulfonate silicated fluorine film forming drilling fluid is developed to solve the down hole troubles, and the capabilities of anti-clay and salt-resisting have been enhanced, drilling difficulties including bit balling, reaming and sticking in the past have been overcome as well. Field application in 13 wells was very successful.

The Well Bin 29 × 1 is an exploration well, located in Dagang oil field, with a vertical depth of 4, 063 m. The bottom hole temperature is 132 °C while being static and 112 °C while circulating. Some difficulties were encountered as the severe after effect with the maximum channeling velocity 130 m/h and the whole hydrocarbon value 100%, and basalt formation was found at the bottom hole. To deal with these difficulties, emulsion triple-curing cement slurry, weighted thick spacer fluid and compound displacing technology were used in this well and the percent of high quality was 70%.

Monte Carlo simulation is applied to study the miscibility among hydrophobic phase hexadecane and hydrophilic phasewater. The research results show that the compatibility between the aliphatic chains of oleic acid, linoleic acid and ricinoleic acid with hexadecane is superior to other aliphatic chains, and the compatibility between water and hydroxy group is better than other hydrophilic groups.

The well Thingadong-1 is an exploration well in D Block Myanmar. The bit of φ 444.5 mm is used in the second hole, and the depth of that is 1,720.52 m. When drilling to the depth of 1,712.32 m, the overflow is caused by gas invasion is encountered, and the balance pressure is established by drilling fluid with density of 1.48 g/cm 3. The electric logging shows there are 14 sets of water layers, 19 sets of gas-in-water layers, one set of gas and water with layer and one set of bottom 1,710.6-1,715.0 m gas layer. After set the casing of 0339.7 mm at the depth of 1,704.56 m, a heavy mud loss without mud on ground is encountered at the time of circulation. The lost circulation drilling fluid is intermittently pumped by 264 m 3 with small volumetric rate, and kept stable for 46 h, then plugging successfully (No test of the lost pressure of the thief zone). Moreover, gas cut, water channeling and other factors affecting the quality of cementing in weightlessness. Therefore, the leading drilling fluid with low viscosity and gel, weighted spacer, micro-dilatancy and non-penetrative gas block cement slurry shall be used to operate. In the cementing operation, with the leakage of 5 m 3 cement slurry, rubber and fiber blocking agents work well, and the cementing job quality is excellent.
