The present application discloses a multi-well cuvette for integrating the reaction between a sample and a reagent with the detection of a specific analyte included therein, and the multi-well cuvette comprises: a reaction chamber part having a sample and a reagent placed therein; and a detection part for detecting the reaction between the sample and the reagent, wherein the reaction chamber part comprises: an extraction member standby chamber in which a member for dividing or distributing the sample is on standby; a sample filling chamber; and a reagent filling chamber which is filled with the reagent, and in which the reaction with the sample is carried out, wherein the detection part comprises: a chromatography analysis means for a reactive product between the sample and the reagent; and a detection chamber for acommodating the same.

A mixing container (100) includes a first container (10) that stores two or more reagents and a second container (20) for mixing two or more reagents. The first container (10) includes reagent storage chambers (11) that are respectively provided for the two or more reagents and have openings formed at portions thereof, and a sealing member that seals the respective openings of the reagent storage chambers. A mixing container includes a first container that stores two or more reagents and a second container for mixing two or more reagents. The first container includes reagent storage chambers that are respectively provided for the two or more reagents and have openings formed at portions thereof, and a sealing member that seals the respective openings of the reagent storage chambers. The present application relates to a reflective absorbance measuring device, to a lateral flow analysis device, and to an integral apparatus including the two devices and capable of performing lateral flow analysis and reflective absorbance measurement at the same time. The reflective absorbance measuring device of the present application comprises: a base member having a sample-receiving portion formed therein; and a cover member for covering the top of the base member, wherein the cover member includes a sample insert hole through which a sample is inserted into the sample-receiving portion, and has a structure in which a light-transmitting member is formed so as to be vertical to the sample-receiving portion. The integral apparatus of the present application includes said cover member and base member, which are formed so as to extend in one direction on the reflective absorbance measuring device, a second sample insert hole and a measuring device are formed on the cover member, and the base member has a structure in which a strip-receiving portion is formed and may additionally include a measuring device cover that can be detachably opened and closed. Not only can the devices of the present application more quickly, conveniently, and easily measure absorbance while maintaining a predetermined level of accuracy, the integral apparatus enables lateral flow analysis information and absorbance measurement information to be simultaneously measured, thereby providing convenience.

The present invention discloses an integrated sampling and dispensing device comprising a flexible container, a dropper with a sampling rod and a sample removing vessel disposed therebetween. The device of the present invention can be conveniently used for collecting specimen and dispensing the same after a reaction in a single device by simple manipulation of severing the sampling rod and turning the container upside down. Also by using the present device a constant amount of specimen can be used for each reaction which leads to a reliable and reproducible result.

The present invention relates to an integrated collecting and dispensing device. The integrated collecting and dispensing device includes: a soft container body; a dropper including a collecting rod received in the container body and a discharge port disposed on the end opposite the collecting rod, the dropper covering an open end of the container body; and a filter box disposed between the container body and the dropper. The filter box has a through-hole which is closely attached to an outer surface of the collecting rod so as to enable the collecting rod to pass therethrough. A discharge hole extends through the collecting rod and the discharge port. A cutting part for cutting the collecting rod in a direction crossing the discharge hole is disposed on the collecting rod. Thus, when the collecting rod having the discharge hole extending therethrough and through the discharge port is cut after materials react with each other within the container body, the discharge hole may easily communicate with the inside of the container body. Thus, the reactant may be collected and dispensed using a unitary structure.


Disclosed are: a kit and a method for diagnosing or monitoring a liver disease, comprising a detection reagent for one or more markers of cytosolic aspartate aminotransferase (cAST) and mitochondrial aspartate aminotransferase (mAST) as biomarkers in a biological sample; and an antibody used for the detection. Compared to the conventional enzyme activity measurement method, the method according to the present application can more accurately measure diagnosis or prognosis of a liver disease with high sensitivity through measurement of the amount of mAST or cAST present in the biological sample, in particular, in a blood sample.
