This paper study continuous wave radar data processing algorithm for low altitude detection, it is applied to continuous wave low altitude search radar data terminal, it can realize real-time correlation and track processing for the data of target echo and false alarm false alarm filtering, to get the real targets of track parameters. In order to research the influence caused by pressurization performance, adjustable injection rate and pressure ratio in the augment high-pressure common-rail system (AHPCRS), on the basis of simulation study, the Peak & Hold control drive circuit and the single chip microcomputer (SCM) hardware system were designed, and by using Keil-C language the control code of SCM and LabVIEW upper computer program were compiled. Based on adjustable time sequence controlled double electromagnetic valve drive the pressurization and injection strategies suiting to all operation conditions were designed. Test results in the test bed built up specially show that the Peak & Hold control drive circuit can realize ideal current waveform required by the electromagnetic valve operation, and it needn't support of the software, thus saving greatly controller resource and reducing program compilation difficulty. In addition, signals of the control circuit and program can be individually regulated and matched, the AHPCRS realizes successfully two-stage injection pressure and adjustable injection rate.

Augment high-pressure common-rail system can realize two-stage injection pressure and adjustable injection rate. Based on performance analysis of the key part, a new electron-controlled booster, a system simulation model was established. The reasonable value range of pressurization period was confirmed to be 1.0~3.0 ms. Obtained injection rate shapes under the same injection mass were leaded in the CFD software to calculate combustion process and emissions. The simulation results indicate that the augment high-pressure common-rail system can select one optical injection rate from rectangle, ramp, boot-shaped and different base pressure boot-shaped under a certain operation condition to drop NOx emissions substantially without obvious soot emission deterioration.

Based on the fuzzy programming, this paper puts forward fuzzy time optimal path concerning military traffic and transportation by building fuzzy chance-constraint programming and fuzzy dependent-chance programming. The methods based on genetic algorithm are designed and the problems of necessity node and prohibition node are also dealt with. Finally, an example shows that this algorithm is simple, effective and easy to be realized to provide useful information for military traffic and transportation path optimization. © 2011 IEEE.

β-lactam antibiotics are widely used in clinical practice, for their broad-spectrum, high efficiency and safety features. The identification and quality inspection of antibiotics are very important. Compared to other spectral methods, terahertz spectroscopy has some special advantages. In this paper, six kinds of antibiotics of clinical medication were tested using terahertz time domain spectroscopy (THz-TDS), and their terahertz absorption spectra were got. The results show that the samples have obviously different terahertz spectral characteristics even though they have similar molecular structures, which proves that the THz-TDS technology can identify small differences in molecular structure. So it can be very useful in medicament testing and analysis, which guarantees a good prospect in medicament development, production and identification. Finally, the absorption spectrum of benzylpenicillin sodium from 0.2-2.5 THz was simulated by Gaussian 03 software. Compared with the measurement results, the vibrational modes of the sample were assigned.

Quick and accurate identification of important sections for emergency rescue road network is of great values to emergency rescue transport program, command and control and other transport services as well. Regarding inadequacy of current research in this field, this paper proposes a model of identification of important sections for emergency rescue road network based on GERT network. Firstly, a matrix algorithm of seeking the network of the biggest connectivity map between multiple rescue points and multiple accidents points of road network is designed; secondly, conceptions concerning sections importance of road network are defined and GERT network model algorithm of sections importance for road network is designed; and finally, this paper introduces the application of this model by an example and verifies its feasibility and effectiveness. © 2010 IEEE.
