According to the results of analysis of main geodynamic parameters (rock, breakdown, formation pressures, oil and fluid production rates) were calculated the compensation factors of rock pressure, deformation loss, productive capacity for over 23 oil fields, 29 accumulations and more than 600 oil wells in Rechitsko-Vishanskaya area of Pripyat foredeep. The classification of accumulations by stress - strain state was developed for the whole period of well operation. Constant monitoring of changes in stress - strain state of complex structure reservoirs during drilling process, testing, deployment, developing and production of oil will allow us to manage these processes in a timely manner and increase oil recovery.

Low permeability of petroleum reservoirs in subsaliferous and intersaliferous deposits within many oil- and salt-bearing regions of the world is often conditioned by catagenetic filling of voids in rocks with halite and other minerals (anhydrite, calcite, dolomite). The Irkutsk Amphitheatre and Tungus Basin in Russia, the Pripyat Trough in Belarus, the Triassic Province in Algeria, the Michigan Basin in USA could be mentioned among such regions. The intensive dissolution of catagenetic halite and the removal of this process products together with by-product water of producing wells onto the surface take place under oil deposits development using fresh water for oil driving and keeping of reservoir pressure. The mentioned above regularities are recommended to use for creating technologies of oil field development within salinized lowpermeability reservoirs. The efficiency of the suggested technology is considered based on a test hydrodynamic model.

For the first time, based on their permeability differential, four heterogeneity levels have been pinpointed and quantitatively substantiated with regard to Semiluki strata of Ostashkovichi oilfield. It has been found out that the permeability coefficient of dense unsorted carbonates typically reaches up to 0,1-2,0 mD, up to 980-3200 mD in linear-local fractured zones, up to 3200-5000 mD in linear-regional fractured zones, and up to 220 mD in the fractured liminal environment of individual well drainage zones.

Brief overview of the idea on wettability of carbonate rocks in oil fields has been done. The approaches on assessment of carbonate rocks' wettability in subsalt oil deposits of the Pripyatskiy trough based on the analysis of their formation conditions have been defined. It is maintained that oil recovery form carbonate reservoirs of the Pripyatskiy trough by means of counterflow capillary impregnation is impossible.
