Aromatic amines (AAs) are common chemical pollutants and banned ingredients in cosmetics. In this study, a rapid, simple and stable method for the detection of nine AAs in cosmetics was established based on the optimization of cation exchange solid-phase extraction and liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry. The method displayed good linearity within a range of 2-1,000 μg/kg, with limits of quantitation at the level of μg/kg for cosmetic samples. The recoveries obtained for all analyzed amines ranged between 83.6 and 97.8%, and the repeatability (r) and reproducibility (R) values indicated that all nine AAs showed good precision (r ≤ 4.5% and R ≤ 7.7%). The method was applied for the detection of 36 cosmetic samples. It was found that the primary pollutants of AAs were 3, 3'-dichlorobenzidine and 4-aminoazobenzene. The total amine concentration in cosmetic samples ranged from 880 to 5,200 μg/kg. The proposed method is applicable for the analysis of most cosmetic samples. © 2013 The Author.

This paper educes the mathematics formula of solid-liquid phase dielectric constant by employing two methods of mixture's dielectric constant, building on the electromagnetic wave through the medium theory, this paper thus obtains the mathematic theory model of online microwave water content detection in iron concentrate. Taking potentiometric titration curve as an example, the titration curve of electrochemistry is transformed into derivative curve by using command window program, wavelet 1-D of wavelet boxes and Simulink. It offers good methods for quantitative determination of electrochemistry to improve signal-to-noise and precision of leap-point of curve. These methods of derivative transformation may be applied to quantitative determination of basic electrochemistry instrument, especially in digital potentiometric titrator without software, which is quite effective. The analyzers of electrochemistry could apply examples of this paper to actual works directly after parameters are set up, import or export.

This paper presents a moisture detection system of iron concentrate used in seaport by microwave transmission method. By contrast, the detection system adopts pyramid hom antenna as the special sensor. According to the size of conveyor belt, one pyramidal horn antenna is designed and simulated in HFSS. With the simulation results, a pair of pyramid horn antenna is manufactured. In order to meet the requirements of moisture detection, we design one experiment. The experimental result shows that the proposed port microwave moisture detection system of iron ore concrete, the detection scheme is feasible, and by further improvement and on-site test, it is expected to be directly applied in seaport operation and thus it will be guiding significant in improving the quality of Chinese imports of iron ore concrete. © 2015, Institution of Engineering and Technology. According to design theory of attenuator, combining with the practical situation of microwave moisture contactor, this paper designs the structure of attenuator which center frequency is 10 GHz and the gain is greater than 10dB. Then making simulation and analysis with HFSS, and obtains a group of design parameters that meet the working requirements.
