Nuclear instrumentation application system is designed for continuous material level monitoring in the industrial field. Its host is installed with WinCE kernel through the serial port communication. The data of the host follows the Hart protocol, and is compatible with the existing industrial DCS system. Its software provides graphical user interface, by which, a series of setup, monitoring and calibration is completed. The median average filter is used in the application system to prevent random signal interference, and the field parameters and monitoring information are stored in and managed by SQLite database in order to improve the processing performance, safety and maintainability of the system. With 137Cs standard source of 1.5×109 Bq, the accuracy of the site material level measurement is between 91% and 98%. © 2016, Editorial Board of Nuclear Electronics & Detection Tech. Color image segmentation is an important topic in the image processing field. In most segmentation methods based on MRF-MAP, the segmentation quality is far behind requirement due to the absence of appearance models, and it is often suffering from the low computational efficiency of iterated calculations. To address these problems, the paper proposes a new segmentation method for color images based on MRF-MAP, which is solved approximately in an efficient non-iterated way, with the help of a slightly tuned Lanczos eigensolver. The experiments demonstrate that the new method achieves competitive performance compared with the groundtruths or other state-of-the-art methods. © 2014 IEEE.

With the development of the digital technology, television station and information service providers depend more and more on the video detection technology. The principle of the detection of the video advertisement is described based on the following content: shot boundary detection and frame matching. And the key technologies are compared, and the technology suitable for the advertisement detection system is found. By studying the current advertisement detection system, we put forward a modified method to improve the advertisements detection performance. Through many tests on different TV program, the results show that the modified system is effective.

Integral imaging is a promising technology for 3D imaging and display. This paper reports the 3D spatial-resolution research based on reconstructed 3D space. Through geometric analysis of the reconstructed optical distribution from all the element images that attend recording, the relationship among microlens parameters, planar-recording resolution, and 3D spatial resolution was obtained. The effect of microlens parameter accuracy on the reconstructed position error also was discussed. The research was carried on the depth priority integral imaging system (DPII). The results can be used in the optimal design of integral imaging. © 2013 Optical Society of America.

Currently 3D model animation has been widely used in film, television, games and other fields. The basic principle o 3D model animation is that the position of each vertex of the model will change in different time. It can be divided into Morph animation, Skeleton animation and Skinned Mesh animation. Skinned Mesh animation solves the problem of seams. And it is popular because of its realistic, flexible interaction effects. In the application background of three-dimensional e-learning platform, this article describes the principle of skinned mesh animation technology, and compares three kinds of key frame interpolation methods. We hope to improve the picture quality while increasing the run speed of Skinned Mesh animation. Meanwhile, the visual effects of the network teaching platform can be optimized.

With the rapid development of the cloud computing and big data, many data center network are growing more large scale, and the number of servers is increasing at an exponential rate. In this paper, VCG (Vickrey-Clarke-Groves) mechanism was introduced into replica placement. Mapping from replica placement model to VCG mechanism was established and suitable payment function was designed. Data storage strategy is built on the distributed file system. In order to ensure the reliability of data storage further, GFS and HDFS both refer to the concept of replica of data block. This paper generally introduced replica strategy, and mentioned that the storage location of data replica is a key point of the research on replica technology currently. © 2015 IEEE.

The religiosity of people describing themselves as ‘nonbelievers’ was explored in a Chinese sample. 578 students (310 women, 268 men; M age = 23.5 yr., SD = 3.3) participated in the study. The extent of religious beliefs was measured by the Religiosity subscale of the Social Axiom Survey (SAS). The results indicated that while nonbelievers generally neither believed nor disbelieved in the existence of a supreme being, they did believe that religion has some positive effects—providing a meaning to life as well as helping to keep moral standards. Religiosity in China seems to be a continuous and pluralized construct rather than a dichotomous concept. © Psychological Reports 2014.
