Chemical hazardous goods logistics has become a new branch of logistics, but how to choose the location of logistics center and build the logistics network is still an urgent problem to be solved by logistics enterprise. Based on this, this paper studies the logistics enterprise chemical hazardous goods logistics network construction. First of all, construct the logistics center location model of hazardous chemicals, establish decision framework of logistics center location, and give priority weight of each decision criterion; then, this paper uses two stage analysis method to study chemical hazardous goods logistics network logistics construction. In the first stage, the relationship between logistics center, inventory, transportation and service quality are defined; in the second stage, the main task is to adopt analytic hierarchy process (AHP) to determine the evaluation criteria of logistics network used in this study, and design a logistics network construction model of chemical hazardous goods. The large-scale application of VoD still remains to be restricted due to users’ dynamics and time sensitivity with popular P2P technology. Driven by this demand, a hybrid streaming distribution overlay is proposed, called CAPMedia, which supports the P2P VoD service with on-demand cloud assisting with its high reliability, storage, and processing ability. In this paper, the mechanism of segments selected is proposed which combines the segments popularity and nodes failure. Then, the formalized cost model is detailed to guide the VoD service to reduce the deployment cost. The extensive simulation experiments validate CAPMedia’s efficiency. Compared with traditional solution, CAPMedia improves the user’s satisfaction, bandwidth saving significantly, and reduce the bandwidth consumption. © Springer International Publishing AG 2017.

In this paper, the voltammetric characteristics of several β2-agonists including salbutamol, ractopamine, bamethane, isoxsuprine, ritodrine, fenoterol, terbutaline, metaproterenol, clenbuterol, clenproperol, mabuterol, cimaterol, cimbuterol and brombuterol were comparatively evaluated using graphite nanosheet (GN) modified glassy carbon (GC) electrodes. All the compounds can be oxidized at GN modified electrodes with enhanced peak current and reduced peak potential compared with naked GC electrodes. The electrochemical behaviors of the compounds are different due to different substituent groups on the aromatic rings. For the first time, an ECE process was observed for salbutamol and its analogues. The capability of determining β2-agonists individually or simultaneously from aqueous solution using differential pulse voltammetry and amperometry with the developed electrode was also investigated. © 2010 Elsevier B.V. With computer and network as setting in collaborative learning, due to the changes on learning environment and mode, the roles of teachers online are faced with challenges. This study is to examine functions of online teachers' roles in computer based college English collaborative learning. In the test carried in college English writing course, teachers perform roles of guide, assistant, facilitator, coordinator, etc. in collaborative learning procedure, namely the steps of Imputing, Drafting, Revising, Final drafting and Final evaluation. For functions of teachers' online and effects of the test, questionnaires on students' recognition, understanding, satisfaction and expectations of teachers' roles are employed respectively. From results of questionnaires and interviews, students' response prove that most learners' have already confirmed online teachers' roles, yet to fully realize their responsibilities, adequate measures and strategies must be taken to enrich teachers' online serving experiences. © Owned by the authors, published by EDP Sciences, 2016.

It is the basic competence for the acquisition of language knowledge and the improvement of listening, speaking, writing and translating abilities. With the wide application of computer and internet to the use of language education, "computer-assisted language learning (CALL) has become increasingly integrated into research and practice in general skills of reading, writing, speaking and listening⋯" . As China's national curriculum of College English Curriculum Requirements requires that college English should be computer and classroom-based and college students should be competent in using English in a well-rounded way and be able to study independently. Therefore the paper will aim at promoting students' reading ability with means of computer and web-based language learning. © 2015 IEEE.

In this study, a novel type of corona-resistance polyimide/spherical SiO2 hybrid films based on 3,3',4,4'-biphenyltetracarboxylic dianhydride (s-BPDA) and 1,3-bis(4-aminophenoxy) benzene (1,3,4-APB) was synthesized by incorporation with different loadings of spherical SiO2 particles via in-situ polymerization. All the films were prepared by a so called two-step procedure and finally cured at 300°C. TEM images showed the SiO2 particles were homogeneously dispersed in the polyimide matrix by means of ultrasonic method and the addition of coupling agent. Experimental results indicated that the hybrid films with much higher inorganic content exhibited good thermal and mechanical properties as well as low water absorption. Especially, the dielectric strength and electric aging time of the hybrid films were obviously enhanced, which was attributed to the highly dispersed spherical SiO2. The morphology changes of the film surface caused by the electric field were also studied by scanning electron microscope (SEM). © (2013) Trans Tech Publications, Switzerland.

Under investigation in this paper is a variable-coefficient derivative nonlinear Schrödinger (vc-DNLS) equation governing the femtosecond pulses in the inhomogeneous optical fibers or nonlinear Alfvén waves in the inhomogeneous plasmas. Higher-order breather and rogue wave solutions of the vc-DNLS equation are obtained via the variable-coefficient modified Darboux transformation. Two types of the breather interactions (the head-on and overtaking collisions) are exhibited with different spectral parameters. By suitably choosing the inhomogeneous functions, the parabolic breather, periodic breather, breather amplification and breather evolution are demonstrated. Furthermore, the characteristics of the higher-order fundamental rogue wave, periodic rogue wave and composite rogue wave are graphically discussed. Additionally, the nonlinear tunneling of the higher-order breathers and rogue waves are studied. © 2015 EDP Sciences, SIF, Springer-Verlag Berlin Heidelberg.

Under investigation in this paper are the inhomogeneous nonlinear Schrödinger Maxwell-Bloch (INLS-MB) equations which model the propagation of optical waves in an inhomogeneous nonlinear light guide doped with two-level resonant atoms. Higher-order nonautonomous breather as well as rogue wave solutions in terms of the determinants for the INLS-MB equations are presented via the n-fold variable-coefficient modified Darboux transformation. The interactions among two nonautonomous breathers are graphically discussed, including the fundamental breather, bound breather, two-breather compression and two-breather evolution, etc. Moreover, several patterns of the higher-order rogue waves are also exhibited, such as the square rogue wave, two- and three-order periodic rogue waves, periodic fission and fusion, two-order stationary rogue waves, and recurrence of the two-order rogue waves. The character of the trajectory of the two-order periodic rogue wave is analyzed. Additionally, a novel type of interaction, namely, the collision between the breather and long-lived rogue waves, is found to be elastic. Our results could be useful for controlling the nonautonomous optical breathers and rogue waves in the inhomogeneous erbium doped fiber. © 2015 Elsevier Inc.

Modularity or community structure is a natural characteristic in many real networks. The detection of community structure in complex networks can enhance the insight into the intrinsical structure of networks and then has become a key problem in the study of networked systems. we propose a method based on affinity propagation (AP) clustering for detecting communities in complex networks. We first evaluate several similarity measures, such as diffusion kernel similarity, shortest path based similarity on several widely well studied networks. Then, we apply AP with diffusion kernel similarity to three large biological networks, which demonstrates that our method can find biologically meaningful functional modules. © 2011 IEEE.

The Levenberg-Marquardt (LM) training method is the most effective method for feed-forward neural networks with respect to the training precision. This method is well-known and popularly described in the neural networks literature. Nevertheless its implementation contains some difficulties because of the specific shape of the cost function and the large amount of variables. Here we give in sufficient details an example of a program implementation of the LM training method. This implementation (as a Matlab application) seems to work well with various examples. © 2010 IEEE.
