Multi-satellite launching upper-stage is a new means of transport between payload and launch vehicle. It can autonomously launch different loads to different orbit. Compared with the traditional launch vehicle, "base-stage combined with upper-stage" can directly launch the payload into the working orbit, simplified procedures of spacecraft transfer orbit. Multiple payloads in one launch can reduce the cost of launching, upper-stage can provide energy and data transmission services for the payload, so it can reduce the threshold of entering space, upper-stage can be used as space technology verification platform. Effects of vacuum annealing process on microstructure and magnetic properties of 1J50 soft magnetic alloy were studied. The results show that the higher vacuum degree can improve magnetic properties of the 1J50 soft magnetic alloy. Preferable magnetic properties of the alloy can be obtained when annealed at 1150℃ under vacuum degree of (3-7)×10-3 Pa and 150℃/h cooled to 600℃ then gas quenched. ©, 2015, Chinese Mechanical Engineering Society of Heat Treatment.
